onI called to make appointment and was told it was not necessary for oil change and tail light check, I arrived and was first in line to be serviced the person said I should have made an appointment and he didn’t know why they keep telling people that. He said he would work me in for the oil change but I would need to make another appointment to have light looked at…Really??
