Called and scheduled an appointment for a recall. Lady was very nice, checked with the service manager and scheduled for a Wednesday appointment. Once we arrived our service advisor Perry stated he didn’t even know if the parts were in for a recall and that all service scheduling was handled by a call center in another state. We let him know we called the dealership directly and was confirmed with the service manager. We dropped off the car numerous times and was promised phone calls that never happened A week and a half later when their machinery was finally fixed when we went to pick up the car it couldn’t be found. I had to wait for almost an hour for them to find the car keys. I hope we never had to go back and will reconsider buying from ford again
