Unacceptable Service

onI came to Jim Tidwell Ford with a laundry list of repairs, plus 2-3 recall items. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday morning. 72 hours later nothing had been done. Not one thing! I had to rent a car for 3 1/2 days while my car sat untouched in the Tidwell parking lot. One of the items on my list was a new key/fob for which they charged me $484. So a rental car + a fob cost me $784.
