Truck was brain dead

onMy screen in my F150 went out, which meant I had no rear view camera, radio or usb charging. Turned it in for service and found out the computer “brain” was dead. I had the service rep Perry, and he was AMAZING! I was hesitant due to bad service in the past at dealerships, but Perry communicated, was professional and quick. I will come back just because of my experience with him.
