    Horrendous … 20 days to fix a flat tire, 2 recalls, ans a broken power steering? No… I hope to NEVER have to take my car back to this place EVERE again. HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE communication skills. Gave excuses and ignored… phone calls. Even ran my battery down by “accidentally popping my trunk overnight and not realizing it” and had to charge my battery because of that. I told them if I have battery problems, I’d be back and NOT paying for a new battery. If I could actually rate them a zero or below… that’s what I’d give them. Oh, I even called the GM once…. Never received a phone call back from him either. I kept begging them to get information about how long my car would take…. Never once got that information…. I am a catering chef. I use my car to travel around the city and state, to work events… so to be carless for so long, and having ZERO INFORMATION…. Was very frustrating and stressful to say the very least.

  • Oil change and tire rotation

    Pulled into service bay for appointment. Met by nobody. Walked into the office and greeted by nobody. Walked up to two service writers drop into a conversation about a TV show and got someone to engage. The two service writers continued… their TV conversation the whole time I was in front of them. When I returned to pick up the truck, the discounted rate for both services as advertised on their second website we're not applied, even though I scheduled the appointment using the discount link. After inquiry, only one discount was applied. Paid and got in the truck too find the oil service timer had not been reset. Will not be back.

    Called for vehicle service; no call back. Called twice for repair status; no call back. After 2.5 workdays, called again about status. "Oh, it's done." No return call when vehicle was complete.

    I pulled into the service bay for my appointment for service and was promptly greeted by 2 gentlemen, one of whom stated I could leave my key in the ignition and go inside for assistance from a service advisor. I was impressed with this as… I’ve had experiences with other dealerships where I sat there for several minutes and nothing happened until I asked for assistance. From that point forward, everything was handled by Johnny; he was courteous and took the time to explain exactly what would happen. He called and texted information and updates and did everything he said he would do. Excellent customer service. I was also very impressed with the video I received from Brandon explaining what he found in his inspection. Top notch all the way around. Thank you.

    Took my truck in for suspected issues under warranty. My truck was in and diagnosed. Unlike other shops that avoid warranty work or make up reasons why it’s not warranty, my service advisor Michael Guitar took very good care of me. Super… grateful for Jim Tidwell Ford for taking care of me.

  • Commercial Fleet vehicle - warranty recall

    The vehicle recall (22S73) was processed and installed. A 4 tire rotation and multipoint inspection was completed. The vehicle was brought in early on Saturday morning and there was a confusion on the recall installation status. The… service manager provided a rental vehicle through Enterprise car rental for 2 days. The rental vehicle was of comparable size to The 2021 Ford Escape in regards to cubic storage. Everything went well and the fleet vehicle was returned to service on Monday afternoon.
