I pulled into the service bay for my appointment for service and was promptly greeted by 2 gentlemen, one of whom stated I could leave my key in the ignition and go inside for assistance from a service advisor. I was impressed with this as I’ve had experiences with other dealerships where I sat there for several minutes and nothing happened until I asked for assistance. From that point forward, everything was handled by Johnny; he was courteous and took the time to explain exactly what would happen. He called and texted information and updates and did everything he said he would do. Excellent customer service. I was also very impressed with the video I received from Brandon explaining what he found in his inspection. Top notch all the way around. Thank you.
