Took my truck in for suspected issues under warranty. My truck was in and diagnosed. Unlike other shops that avoid warranty work or make up reasons why it’s not warranty, my service advisor Michael Guitar took very good care of me. Super grateful for Jim Tidwell Ford for taking care of me.
