Horrendous … 20 days to fix a flat tire, 2 recalls, ans a broken power steering? No… I hope to NEVER have to take my car back to this place EVERE again. HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE communication skills. Gave excuses and ignored phone calls. Even ran my battery down by “accidentally popping my trunk overnight and not realizing it” and had to charge my battery because of that. I told them if I have battery problems, I’d be back and NOT paying for a new battery. If I could actually rate them a zero or below… that’s what I’d give them. Oh, I even called the GM once…. Never received a phone call back from him either. I kept begging them to get information about how long my car would take…. Never once got that information…. I am a catering chef. I use my car to travel around the city and state, to work events… so to be carless for so long, and having ZERO INFORMATION…. Was very frustrating and stressful to say the very least.
