Oil change and tire rotation

Pulled into service bay for appointment. Met by nobody. Walked into the office and greeted by nobody. Walked up to two service writers drop into a conversation about a TV show and got someone to engage. The two service writers continued their TV conversation the whole time I was in front of them. When I returned to pick up the truck, the discounted rate for both services as advertised on their second website we're not applied, even though I scheduled the appointment using the discount link. After inquiry, only one discount was applied. Paid and got in the truck too find the oil service timer had not been reset. Will not be back.
