Traveling from Ohio to Florida when my “check the charging system” warning came on. I limped to Jim Tidwell Ford Dealership late on a Saturday afternoon. The service advisor, Michael Guittar, diagnosed the problem. Serpentine belt had shredded. They had a replacement in stock but it was near closing. The service director, Joshua Bass, decided to at least give it a try. He had the car on a lift in no time and had the belt replaced when he could have said, sorry…you’ll have to wait until Monday. Thanks to both of these gentlemen they had my wife and I on the road with two hours. What could have been a costly layover was averted by Joshua and Michael. I can’t thank them enough, and the technicians who stayed late, to help us out. Fantastic dealership, even better employees. Thank you.!
