  • Best Sales Experience of My Life

5 out of 5 starsby fgines on 10/29/2010

To say I am happy with this establishment would be an understatement. Erin made the purchase of my first BMW a phenomenal experience. From the first time I spoke with her I knew that Dodge of Kirkland was a place where I would like to do business. (who would have thought I'd purchase a BMW at a Dodge dealership?) She went over every detail of the car, the history and she sold me on the spot. Erin made my first experience purchasing my BMW a memorable one. Without hesitation I will recommend her to all of my friends and family.
  • RAIRDON JEEP KIRKLAND - PLEASE READ before you think about buying here

1 out of 5 starsby domballer on 05/10/2010

I am writing an honest review about Rairdon Jeep in Kirkland, WA. So, if anyone is even remotely considering buying from these guys, I would take some time to review all the reviews on google, yelp, dealer rater, edmunds, etc... I know that if you write a bad review, they tried to get it deleted. But, that can't happen as the internet is too bid and too many people with bad experiences at this dealership. Let me just first say that by far, this is the WORSE buying experience in my life. No where has anyone been more rude, dishonest, deceitful, disrspectful to both me, my wife, and my 7-year old son. But, they even take up a notch by trying to hold me at the dealership for 30 minutes and not giving me my keys and paperwork back... Yes, a guy named Blake (sales manager) and a guy with one-eye who works on the sales desk on top. They then try to say I was tresspassing, well, give me my information so I could leave? duh? I decided to leave anyways then called the kirkland police. The reason the police got involved is because Blake said that he ran my credit, knows where I live, and will come use that information in a bad way! I waited 3 hours on a Friday nite for the police to come and write a report -- yes, a great way to spend a Friday night when i had dinner plans with friends. Then, a guy named John Sherrell saying i will help due to your bad experience. It's only gets worse let me tell you.. so avoid this guy too! He said he works with the owner, blah blah blah, and the owner does not care either, all he cares about is sales, which is fine as it's a business. He can choose whatever method he wants but in the long-run, someone or a group of people will unite and he may eventually get sued for their actions... If anyone is interested, let me know, we can do it together as a class action... they sure deserve it! To summarize, this is a bad place to go and don't bring families, wife, children, it's not a good and safe environment... I SWEAR to all of you, this truly happened and I put my kids on this one, that how bad it got!! so do yourself a favor and read reviews and walk away!!!
  • Rairdon is the biggest [violative content deleted]. DO NOT DO BUSINESS

1.3 out of 5 starsby smanchester on 05/10/2010

I purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon which what I thought was going to be a simple transaction. We agreed on a price, they rang the "sales" bell and then the scam begins... The negotiated price had no dependency on financing yet when I sit down to sign the final papers I see the price has been raised by $1750 dollars and then reduced by $1750 because of rebates (rebates - there are rebates, nobody mentioned these). One such rebate required I finance the vehicle with GMAC at 6.9% interest (my credit score is 780). I inquire about this issue and they said to get the price we negotiated they must do this... I have been there for 3 hours and really want to go home with my new vehicle. I ask if I can refinance with my own bank (quoted 3.49% from First Tech) and they said "There is no early payoff penalty in Washington". They would not give me a specific answer, but I give the dealer the benefit of the doubt at this point that the financing issue was an honest mistake... I bring my friend over to buy a new Jeep a few days later and the ordeal ends in a call to 911 as they would not return the keys to his trade-in after the deal fell apart (you can read about his experience here as well).. Now I am working with First Tech to get the Jeep refinanced and going through the invoice and realized I was charged another $499 for "ETCH PROD DETAIL". What is that??? I call Rairdon's and they tell me that I bought a security protection plan - I did? Never was this discussed - they simply snuck it into the invoice for a weary - over trusting buyer. I am trying to get them to fax information about the purchase to my bank for the refinance and they are not doing it. I have been calling them for 2 weeks asking them to fax the information and they say they will yet the do not. My bank has called them twice and I made my fifth call this morning (the person "Brian" swore he would fax it - we'll see). To add insult to injury, I was contacted by the regional sales manager for Rairdon's after my friend posted his experience here. He is all talk and no action, does not return phone calls. Obviously cut from the same stone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE THE WORST OF THE WORST! I LOVE MY JEEP BUT IT WILL ALWAYS BE TAINTED FROM THE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH THESE [violative content deleted]!
    • Thank you for your comment! We experienced the same! We were lucky that it was getting late, and the car we requested was not to be found even after checking 4 lots, so we went home. We intended to go back today, after reading all these comments. We are NEVER going back! And will not buy a car there!

  • Rairdon's Chrysler Kirkland SUCKS SCAM

1 out of 5 starsby domballer on 04/12/2010

This dealership has got to be the BIGGEST SCAM I have ever seen in my many many car buying experiences! Having lived in Kirkland before, you just don't expect to get this attitude, lies, scam, bait and switch, and just extremely RUDE behavior, especially from the General Sales Manager! You expect some salesy stuff, but the entire SALE staff to FINANCE, they are all in on he SCAM! Check them out on BBB, they lost their accreditation, and have like a C rating. Do your research and go to Bellevue or better yet, just dont buy a CHRYSLER or JEEP vehicle! They also tried to scam you in Finance, change numbers, change interest rates, etc... AGAIN, look up reviews in Yelp, Edmunds, google, you will learn that a lot of customers get the same experience. hey, if you just walk in there and agree to their outrageous price, then they treat you well! But, who does that in this economy!! BEWARE BEWARE!

This was the WORST car buying experience I have ever been aware of, especially when dealing with a huge dealership. We were lied to about price, free oil changes for 3 yrs, etc. Called a lier, yes, Im serious. Bait and switched by a few thousand dollars, the list goes on. I would not recomend setting foot on their lot.

  • all around negative car purchase exeperience

1.4 out of 5 starsby sauverick on 02/03/2010

Sales person: rude, unfriendly, did not listen. The vehicle delivery was botched: I promptly returned to the dealership after seeing that the diesel fuel gauge was below the E mark. I was told there was nothing they could do to fill it and that I could send them a reciept and get reimbursed. The sales person left me while cursing after I expressed my disatisfaction with leaving in an new truck below empty mark. I never saw him again, so i left and took a chance i would find a diesel station before the tank went dry. Not very helpful considering i did not find a diesel station on my way home as I did not know the area. The tire pressue gauge also showed both rear tires being below pressure and there was a yellow wrning light. So, I'm driving my new car home worried it will run out of fuel and that the tires are underinflated. After a few days, the finance guy contacted me to tell me that GMAC 'kicked' the contract back to him and that i needed to come in ASAP to sign new papers. He said it was becasue there wree illegal charges on there that the state of WA did not allow and that is why GMAC rejected the finance contract. He also said my vehicle payoff was $1300 less than what was on the contract (it was, we checked with Toyota). He said that he could not refund that money to us though becasue Chrystler considered it a rebate and would no allow it. He said I needed to sign a new contract ot change the payoff. I did come in to do this. The people behind the big counter told me i did niot need to sign a new contract and that i could leave. The finance guy said i did but when i pressed him to void or destry the old contract first if was indeed not good, he refused and recated and said it was fine and would work. This finance person was dishinest in several parts of this deal and I still do not know what the intention with trying to get me to sign another contract was. This was a deisel truck. I expected the people there who would be driving my vehicle to know how to start it. they did not, they would just turn the key and let the starter go for a long time until the engine finally started. No knowlege of the glow plug thing and that you need to wait for the yellow glow plug light to go off before youy turn the stater. When i informed the sales person of this after he let it grind, he told me he has been starting and driving deisel trucks for 15 years and that i was wrong about that... We (my family) watched them intimidate a hispanic family out of a new charger in the show room they were looking at and sitting in. Soem examples: "who wants to buy this car? they respned wiht "we are just looking" then "who exactly is looking ...". The family left the car and dealership. We were looking for a place to get some coffee and some water for our 1 year old. we asked where that was and we were brought to a pay vending machine. There was no customer parking ... all taken up with new vehicles. There were multiple attempts to trick us into paying more for the vehicle that was the verbal agreements. Deception and deliberately mistating of facts is as nice as i can describe it ...

We attempted to purchase a used truck. We were told there was an extended warranty (not much, only 3K). When my wife arrived to purchase the truck, and there was no warranty, she asked the salesman, and both he and the sales manager agreed, and actually changed the paperwork to include the warranty. After my wife signed all of the documents and handed them a check, they came back in and said there was no warranty, take it or leave it. We wasted all day and had nothing to show for it. These people can not be trusted, and I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO THE OTHER ONLINE REVIEWERS WHO SAID TO AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. Please listen to me, and you will not be sorry.

  • Manager claims 13,900$ was mistaken for 19,300$

1.8 out of 5 starsby dragonflame on 04/21/2009

Not sure if this qualifies as a scam, but certainly an example of a business' disregard of their customers time and feelings. We had gone to a jeep dealership, browsing for a car in Kirkland and was approached by a salesman who asked us which car we were thinking of. We said we wanted a 2nd car, our budget was 10k$, a convertible would be nice if possible, and that we were willing to take the hit on year and mileage. After looking around, we were offered to test drive a 2005 nissan 350z that we were looking at. The price tag on the car was 19k$. We said that this was way out of our budget, so it is a waste of time, but he said to do it as a favor, since it will make him look better to his manager. My wife and I test drove the car and when we returned, we were given the offer of 13,900$. While we were thinking about this, they also offered to show us an AUDI A4 which they later offered at 13k$. They even asked us to ride in it on the way to the office just to see how it's like. Instead, they took us around a few blocks. After long deliberation, we said 10k$ was our budget and left. As we were leaving, the salesmen who were playing ball outside shouted 'hey we can cut off the top of a jeep for you' and 'hey we can give you the s2000 for 6k$'. We ignored this obvious ridicule, not knowing what we did to deserve such treatment, or not really being sure if it were meant as insults. We knew 10k$ wasn't much, but we were up front with our budget. When we got home, we did more research on the car and decided that it was a good deal for that price, providing that everything checks out if we got a carfax. We carefully considered our financials, and reluctantly decided that we will upgrade our offer to 12k$. On Sunday, we went back to give this offer, and brought my friend with me to check the car and see what he thinks of the condition. After long waits, and talking to different sales agents, they said that they cannot do lower than 13900$. We offered to meet halfway, and they still said they can't do it, so we left. Later that night, we decided to get it and called them, but the sales agent we originally talked to said he was busy and offered to call back, but never did. Monday morning, we called them to say that we will pay the 13,900$ and a sales agent told us ok, so we went there in the afternoon to close the deal. When we got there, we were made to wait again, then the original salesman came and told us that there was a mistake, that the price should be 19,300$. At this point, we couldn't take it anymore, so I asked to talk to his manager. The manager came out and the salesman asked us to follow them to an area of the lot where no one can hear us. We asked how could a mistake like this be made, when we had been talking about 13,900$ all this time. The manager said smugly, we made a mistake, sorry, if you want this other car, I can make you a deal. We said no, we had been talking about the Nissan all this time, and he plainly said, sorry I can't give it for that, goodbye. He also said that no offers were written with his signature nor can be proven. I said the sales agent showed us these numbers in writing, and to show it to us, but he said that we won't find it there. As we were walking away, the manager offered his business card so I said sure, I'll take it for future reference. While walking to their office, I continued to express my outrage that they should have just been honest from the start, as we were, and nobody would have had to waste their time. My voice was getting loud at this point, and the manager said he will call the police if I don't lower my voice. I said sure, call the police, in desperate hope that they might bring some justice. Besides, I would love for customers to ask why police were here. He never called the police and we eventually left hurt and disgusted. Obviously, we were fools for believing the price in the first place, and for not realiing that it was only a lure. But they hav

Shame on me! I agreed to a ridiculous deal on a used Durango, because the monthly payment was about in line with what I was paying. So I drove off in the car, and thought everything was peachy until I got a call from the finance manager who said that I couldn't get financed on the car. Well, my credit score is almost perfect, so I was surprised. They wanted me to call my band and see if they could do the deal. I asked for the total price of the deal, and they told me - $26,661 for the car that blue books at $18,000. No wonder I couldn't get financed. They sold me a warranty for $3,600 plus $750 for GAP insurance, and gave me a lot less on my trade than I thought they did. Now this part was MY FAULT. So I realized that I couldn't keep the car, at least under those deal conditions. So I took the car back, after 5 days of not having a legitimate deal. I needed to get my trade-in back and my $500.00 deposit. For some reason, they were not answering my calls for the past three days. When I went in, the finance guy said "I've got great news! We can do your deal for a reduced price!" Well yeah, no bank is going to finance 150% of a car's value. They actually came up with a reasonable deal - more for my trade, no more $ down, but the interest rate was now 15%. Whoah! My bank said they'd give me 6.5%, so no way am I going to pay more than twice that. The finance guy didn't know what to do when I said that I would only consider another deal if I got my car back and deposit refunded. So he got Blake- one of the dudes that sits up on that high tower deal and OK's deals. He came in and was the most aggressive, confrontational, violent, pushy salemen I have EVER dealt with. He said that the dealership NEVER unwinds deals, and that I was on the hook. That confused me, because when I asked him how long they had to approve the deal before it was null and void, he told me "4 days", and it had been 5 days. So, he said I had two choices: they would fund the first deal, even if they had to reduce the total amount, or I could agree to the second deal, at 15%. So I knew that Blake was full of it. There is no way they would try to have me sign a new deal if the older one was valid. No way. They are all about the money, not the customer. They will smile and look you in the eye as they lie. The first deal was definitely not valid, so if I didn't agree to the second deal, they were out of luck and a sale. He threatened me, harrassed me saying that I needed to agree to the new deal, and that I couldn't leave with my old car. If I left the dealership without the car they were trying to sell me, he would have it towed to my house at my expense. He also said I could go get a lawyer, and that the first deal was binding, which it was not. At this point, I was shocked and appalled. What a jerk. I stood my ground, and asked him if he would agree to such a deal, knowing that he could get half the interest rate somewhere else. This is where I had him; he didn't want to admit that I was right. He messed around with the numbers on the finance manager's computer for a minute or two, hitting the keys as hard as John Bonham hits the drums. He was yelling and trying to to make it seem like I was in breach of contract by not accepting the new deal. But I stayed cool as the other side of the pillow did not raise my voice, and wouldn't budge. (I have four children, and know how to deal with adolescent behavior.) After a few minutes, he realized that it wasn't going to work, so he told the finance guy "Unwind the deal," and stormed off. The really funny thing: the finance guy pulled a "nullification" contract out of the top of his desk drawer in less than two seconds after Blake said that. They NEVER unwind deals.... PLEASE! Not only did they try to "rip my head off" on this deal, they treated me extremely rudely, showed me no respect and verbally assaulted me. They will have to learn that to stay in business, they are going to have to make deals

  • Good Internet Purchase Experience

    4.6 out of 5 starsby mclark2 on 08/08/2008

I love my van that I bought at the Kirkland store from James Price in July. I researched everything on the Internet before I went in to test drive and look at color. Their site is easy to use and has lots of info and photos. They had the best prices by far and posted their price breakdown in a window sticker on their website. When I got there, they allowed me to look at the invoice, which matched what I had seen online. Satisfied with the price, I was only unsure about my trade. I really wanted to sell it myself unless they could give me what I wanted for it and I didn't think that would happen, especially after the great price I got on the van. But, after some negotiation (not too painful), I was able to get everything I wanted and felt totally in control of the experience. They were great to deal with and I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

My husband and I had the worst experience here and judging from the other reviews, we are not the only ones. The first time we went, we test drove with Dan (he was actually helpful) and while we liked the jeep, wanted to look at other dealerships as well because we had a few SUV's we wanted to check out. I didn't realize there was a law that you had to commit to a car at the 1st dealership you visit.... which is exactly what the "closer" sales rep told us. Before we left, someone (I assume he was "the closer") came out to sit down with us and "talk." We were asked why we wouldn't buy it if we liked it and if we were in the market for a house and loved the first one we found, wouldn't we jump on it instead of looking at other houses? Are you serious? It's called research and looking at options. Smart, rational people do this. He asked what other options we were looking at. We said the Lexus and Acura. He pretty much called us unpatriotic and asked if it was because we just didn't want to buy American. Excuse me. My husband served our country in the Marine Corp for 4.5 years while you probably sat back and ate doughnuts as you ripped people off. Not wanting to resort to his level, we thanked him for his time and said we'd be in touch. After narrowing down our choices, we decided the Jeep was still an option and went back despite better judgement. We initially dealt with one guy, then again, were passed off to another. How many salesmen does it take at this place to get something done at this place? We ended up having to work with AJ. Wow, what a nightmare. We told him exactly what we wanted. He couldn't offer it, yet had the nerve to berate us for not committing to a car we didn't want... and snottily asked if we would commit if he had the car we wanted. OF COURSE WE WOULD. The point is, you aren't offering what we want. How do you expect us to commit like the "20 other customers that were buying cars that day?" Which I'm pretty sure is BS like everything else that dealership stands for and does. What a joke! Insulting potential customers is NOT the way to obtain business. He even said that they roll out the red carpet for customers who will commit but there's not much they can do for us silly people who like to make well thought out decisions before spending 40k on a car. We flew to a different state to buy our new car, even though they later came back and said they could give us invoice pricing, solely because we did not want to deal with the sleaze. PLEASE, do yourself a favor and do not go here. We live 10 minutes away but will drive out of our way across town for service because we simply do not want to soil our shoes by stepping foot on their sleazy lot.
    • We experienced al the same, thanks for your comment. We were supposed to go back, to look at the car they could not "find" on the lot. After reading this and our own feelings, we are NOT going back!

Recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Rairdon Jeep of Kirkland. Overall the experience was positive. Vince, our sales rep, listened to what we wanted, found us a great model with the right trim package. He suggested I go in for the V8 and I'm glad he made that suggestion. I actually ended up saving quite a bit by purchasing a 2012 with only a couple thousand miles. Otherwise the car is like new and still covered under warranty. Negotiation was fair and quick. Had a good experience closing with the finance department too. I opted for the extended warranty package which covers all major services and maintenance fees. All you pay for is tires. End-to-end the experience took less than 3 hours and I walked out with the car I wanted at a good price.

Saw one of their wranglers on Cars.com at good price, called them and was told it is available. I went in the same day. When I arrived, I was told that the jeep I saw online was sold last night (though I was told otherwise over the phone). They found another one, with similar specs, but the price was bumped by 200 bucks. I didn't wanted to waste my long trip to dealership, so agreed to go ahead with the sale. Then I was told that I cannot pay in cash and must finance through them; and if I want to pay in cash, I must pay an extra $1000, as they make nice money on financing. So I had to agree to the financing and had my credit check done. Then finally when we were ready to sign the deal, the numbers magically were switched and an extra $1000 was added to the base price. When I protested, I was told that I am mistaken and the price on the paper was the price I earlier agreed on. It was three strikes for me, so I decided to leave. Before leaving, I did showed the salesman the email from them with the correct base price. He then countered that probably his manager made a mistake (really?), and he can get it fixed. But I had enough and just left. I had bought my last jeep from them in 2011 but would never go to them again after this experience.

The worst buying experience of my life. Came in for a used vehicle that was advertised and where talked out of it. We ended up with a brand new Jeep Cherokee. The vehicle was not explained properly. The lease was not explained properly, on and on. After I complained, I was pushed from one person to another, finally to the General Salesmanager Micachel, he was the rudest unproffesional and disresplectfull Person ever. They don't care about customers unsatisfaction, only sell, sell, sell. I will never set foot into this dealership for anything again.

I have dealt with buying cars for around 16 years and never had such a horrible experience. The sales guy Dan that worked with us was good, but was busy so we were passed off to AJ. AJ began by asking us what we were looking to spend and we began negotiations. When we told him what we would pay for the new vehicle he told us we were being unreasonable and suggested we look at a base model with less options. They only had one color of the lower model which wasn't what we wanted he dissappeared and left us for around 15 minutes to come back and say he had nothing in the darker colors like we wanted but lets discuss the limited that he told us we couldn't afford. When we asked him about the Laredo X again he said we were being non commital and not serious buyers like the other 20 people that bought cars that day. That's when we walked out. So guess what AJ we flew to Dave Smith in Kellogg and got the brand new limited with all options for $4K less and put $6K down. How's that for non-commital. Rude and insulting does not sell cars. We will not even go back there for service even though it's 10 minutes from our house.

I will never go back to this dealership nor recommend to place to anyone. Me and my wife went to the dealership to look at new jeeps and they kept bring us monthly prices that where way out of our price range that we told them. We told them that we did not want to go over 430.00 and they would bring a quote back at 590.00-776.00 and they would try to pressure us saying that we are not that far off in price and we should just do it. I told them that I wanted at least 4500.00 for my trade in and AJ came back and said that they could gives us that. When we went to the finance person (Shaun) and he typed up the contract it said 4100.00 for our trade in and I asked why we weren't getting the agreed upon price. Shaun and AJ said that 400.00 was a tax credit and when that is added to the trade of 4100 then we get 4500.00. They were "giving me a break" because I'm not having to pay tax on the whole price of the vehicle because I'm trading my car in to them. Which is complete BS and I called them out on it. We argued for a while until I raised my voice a little bit so that other potential buyers in the dealership could hear our conversation. Only then did they give me the full $4500. We signed the contract, then the next day Shaun called and said he was able to get us a lower interest rate and we needed to come in and sign a new contract. We were at 4.9 and they lowered it to 4.6. We were like - really? Sure! But then he said our payments will be the same because our loan now includes gap insurance. Keep in mind that a couple days before, they had told us that we didn't need gap insurance because of our trade in and down payment. We figured we would go talk to him and see about the lower rate and why we need gap now. So we got there, and Shaun says we can have the lower rate but the payment is the same because of the gap insurance. I said, well what is it without the gap because I don't think we want that. He said, why does it matter, your payments are the same and it's not costing you anything more. He would not tell us what the payment would be with out gap and told us if we don't go with it then he won't give us the lower interest rate - basically blackmailing us! It was ridiculous! Then Shaun got very upset, and said, forget it and I'm keeping you at 4.9%. I was like WHOA I want the 4.6, and again he wasn't going to do it without the gap. So I was like HOLD ON lets talk about this. Through the conversation, I found out that I can cancel it at anytime, and without penalty in the 1st 30 days. So I was like okay fine sign me up. Then I cancelled it 2 days later. This place is so shady and uses every scam in the book to try and screw you. Don't go here, but if you do, make sure to question everything, don't trust anything.

My daughter was given a quote on a used truck at 9 pm at night. The two salesmen promised her that they would hold it until she could bring a check in the next day at 2 pm. As her mother and the person writing the check, I had a few questions and I started calling at 9 AM, no one returned my calls until late morning. I made a down payment on the car to confirm we wanted it and that we would be coming in at 2 to pay the remainder in cash. 20 minutes later, I got a call that it had been sold to someone else. I am livid. They were misleading and their unethical behavior greatly disappointed my daughter who was so excited I had purchased the truck for her. Do not go near this place. They can't be trusted.

Purchased a new Jeep Wrangler for my wife from Rairdon Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland, December 2011. The jeep had water inside at the time, sales manager told me it was caused by an open window and not to worry - they would dry it out and guarantee no leaks. I have two signed condition of sale documents from Rairdon. After 5 repair attempts the Jeep still leaks and is mold growing inside. Come to find out these Jeeps are prone to leaking and at the time I was told not to worry their service department had a back log of leaking Jeeps to repair. Two days after the most recent repair (2 weeks ago) there was 1 inch of standing water on the driver’s side floorboard. Now they are telling me I should take it to an auto body repair shop to see if they can resolve the problem. Rairdon lied about leaking Jeeps and is unwilling to resolve my problem – just keep getting the run around & offering me excuses.

It is very difficult to summarize what a horrible experience I had at this place. For your own good..."buyer beware." Especially military, our lives are difficult enough as it is, we don't need places like this taking advantage of us. But unfortunately I learned the hard way. Internet/phone conversations were only meant to lure me in. They would provide no specifics through online/phone conversing, only come in, come in, come in and that's the only way they will answer questions/concerns. When I walked into the dealership I stated that I was interested in a specific vehicle I saw online. The guy told me to wait a minute while he got someone to help me. After 40 minutes a sales person approached me. There were only about 3 other customers there, so the extended wait was definitely not because they were too busy. And it is obvious why. Then I was just passed around from sales person to sales person (Brandy, Vinnie, Paul) every time I questioned anything that was either thrown in front of me to sign or if I asked for further clarification with any concerns. Basically they gave me the runaround. Every time I asked anyone a question they would just redirect it to someone else. Then when asked, they wouldn't have an answer so they would just start talking about something off topic. The finance office was no better. The same over the top and unnecessary pressure to stop asking questions and just "hurry up and sign" was the atmosphere. I was being hurried and rushed to just sign away from this Sonny character. I also received a rude lecture telling me not to worry about any details that I had concerns about because I was getting a great deal. He continued and said something along the lines that they are overpaying me for my trade-in, and he can't even believe that they are selling me the new vehicle at this price. He further stated I was lucky and should just be grateful because the dealership is losing so much money with my sale. All of this being said as he threw what I assumed was an invoice down on the desk. Even the GM, Chris made comments such as, "you better do this or else" and "I'm not in the business of repeating myself, I only say things once" to me. I think his dealership scare tactics are a little outdated. Everything said and done, I am embarrassed that I was taken advantage of by seasoned professionals who unnecessarily hassled me with anxiety and uncalled for pressure. But, I finally found a dealership that has a professional staff who is ethical and creates a comfortable and family friendly environment - West Hills Jeep in Bremerton. I just bought a new vehicle from them last week and couldn't be more satisfied and proud to (only) be their customer and a part of their family now :)

Multiple problems: 1. The salesman took some of my paperwork and "lost" it when I was signing papers. It was my KBB on my trade in and MSRP information on the car I wanted. 2. Their finance guy lied about who refunded the difference with pending car payment on the trade in, it's the dealers responsibility not my the title holder (e.g. bank). Took me MONTHS of nobody calling me back before I was cut a refund check. 3. Last but not least, when I went to use my Gold 75K warranty due to a malfunction @ 20K miles on the car I was denied! Apparently there was a "glitch" in the system and some of the paperwork wasn't filed properly and they needed me to resign the warranty document. Nice it was 1 and 1/2 year later... Overall I feel ripped off by this place, enough to make this post. I strongly encourage anybody researching dealerships to NOT use Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Of Kirkland.
