From the test drive to the signing of final papers, my salesperson and the finance manager had all the information I… needed at their fingertips. I was made aware of all pricing and financing options, and I was even allowed to leave the rental I drove there on the lot for a couple of days so that I could drive my new car home and retrieve the rental at my convenience. Horrific EXPERIENCE
by RKT on 05/23/2023Horrific experience with this dealership. 1) waited over 5 hours to purchase vehicle this past Sunday. 2) Salesperson Aaaya was extremely disrespectful to both my son and me. She did not inform us on what was taking so long to meet with… finance. She did not offer even a glass of water to either of us or shared where the bathrooms were located. 3) We had made an appointment to purchase/finalize the deal on Tuesday and completed all papers. Two hours before our appointment we received a call letting us know they had SOLD the car. CRV Moonroof and Rear Brakes
by VishalM on 05/21/2023I have a 13-year-old CRV and was having a moonroof problem as it stopped working over time ( initially, the tilt had stopped working, then it wouldn't close on the first try, and then nothing worked). AutoNation had a significant diagnostic… fee, but fortunately, the moonroof fix (which was to open the moonroof assembly and I think the glass had to be adjusted or something similar) got covered under the diagnostic fee, so I didn't have to pay extra. As I was due for rear bake replacement (pads and rotors), I was offered to finish that job and accepted. The advisor worked with me pleasantly and applied a couple of discounts for the brake job. The reason for four starts vs. 5 is that I had to call, email, and then text (I dropped the car in the evening and called late afternoon the next day) to get the status of my vehicle. Calling the service line and getting to the advisor is nearly impossible, so emailing and texting with the advisor worked. I guess we all have to move entirely to digital channels as voice-calling systems are not efficient anymore.Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Sean goes above and beyond

Sean was the sales person assigned to me based on my internet outreach and he immediately started our sales journey. He was able to identify our needs, space +… aggressive styling, and he confirmed the Pilot Elite model with a few modifications would be our best match. He brought it out and then the fun started. I am always down for a good negotiation, but really Sean was a straight shooter. No gimmicks or games, he was fair and substantiated every position the dealership took. He was able to get me in the car and out the door in a few hours, and he never left the dealership until I was satisfied. We did have some modifications that we ordered during the sale that were installed afterwards. Sean made sure I had a an appointment and that it was done in the same day. Annual maintenance

I generally don't trust dealers for repairs, but I have always been… satisfied with both their service and their straightforward transparency. Service review for oil change
by Cynthia on 05/11/2023Scheduled a 4pm appt, dropped car off at 3:30pm, planned on running an errand and return to pick up car. Was told at drop off that my 4pm appt was to drop off the car, not service. I asked when he thought it would be ready as there were… no cars waiting in the drop off area, was told 5pm. Returned around 5:30, sat and waited a few minutes before I asked the status. Took a few min and with some help found the tech who checked me in, asked him status, he said he would check with the service dept personnel. He returned and said it would be 15 more mins, ended up being just over 20 mins. I wasn't expecting to scheudle a 4pm appt and have my car not ready until after 6pm for just an oil change. Also, my car wasn't washed. When I purchased my car from this dealership 10 years ago, I was told I would have an auto wash anytime I brought my car in, whether it needed server or not. I wasn't asked if I wanted it washed and I didn't ask for it to be washed but expected it would be. Very disappointed.Hi Cynthia, we appreciate you taking the time to respond. Awesome service on a drop in

Consistently good service
by Sanjalino on 05/06/2023Had the car in for regular maintenance (oil/tire rotaion/filters) as well as a recall associated with auto-restart. They identified a badly leaking tensioner which really did need attention and required replacement of a number of belts… along with the water pump. At almost 100K miles this was not totally unexpected. Was quoted a price which will a little bit of a sticker shock but still competive and the work was done fairly quickly within less than 24 hours. And the final bill actually ended up being less than the original quote. We bought the vehicle new here and have had it serviced here since new and have been generally happy with quality of work and pricing. Exceptional Service from Hector at Car Repair for Honda Civic 2018 Recall

He informed me about a recall for the air conditioner condenser problem in my Honda Civic 2018 and… accommodated my maintenance schedule. Additionally, he arranged for a Lyft ride back home and on the pickup day. The service was provided free of cost, and I was really happy with the way Hector guided me through the entire process and answered all my questions. I appreciate his positive approach and thank him for his exceptional support.
