Dealership Service Review
Scheduled a 4pm appt, dropped car off at 3:30pm, planned on running an errand and return to pick up car. Was told at drop off that my 4pm appt was to drop off the car, not service. I asked when he thought it would be ready as there were no cars waiting in the drop off area, was told 5pm. Returned around 5:30, sat and waited a few minutes before I asked the status. Took a few min and with some help found the tech who checked me in, asked him status, he said he would check with the service dept personnel. He returned and said it would be 15 more mins, ended up being just over 20 mins. I wasn't expecting to scheudle a 4pm appt and have my car not ready until after 6pm for just an oil change. Also, my car wasn't washed. When I purchased my car from this dealership 10 years ago, I was told I would have an auto wash anytime I brought my car in, whether it needed server or not. I wasn't asked if I wanted it washed and I didn't ask for it to be washed but expected it would be. Very disappointed.
