Horrific EXPERIENCE

onHorrific experience with this dealership. 1) waited over 5 hours to purchase vehicle this past Sunday. 2) Salesperson Aaaya was extremely disrespectful to both my son and me. She did not inform us on what was taking so long to meet with finance. She did not offer even a glass of water to either of us or shared where the bathrooms were located. 3) We had made an appointment to purchase/finalize the deal on Tuesday and completed all papers. Two hours before our appointment we received a call letting us know they had SOLD the car. I had even gotten the auto insured
