From the test drive to the signing of final papers, my salesperson and the finance manager had all the information I needed at their fingertips. I was made aware of all pricing and financing options, and I was even allowed to leave the rental I drove there on the lot for a couple of days so that I could drive my new car home and retrieve the rental at my convenience.
