Exceptional Service from Hector at Car Repair for Honda Civic 2018 Recall

I recently visited the car repair center and had a wonderful experience. The service manager, Hector, was extremely helpful and informative. He informed me about a recall for the air conditioner condenser problem in my Honda Civic 2018 and accommodated my maintenance schedule. Additionally, he arranged for a Lyft ride back home and on the pickup day. The service was provided free of cost, and I was really happy with the way Hector guided me through the entire process and answered all my questions. I appreciate his positive approach and thank him for his exceptional support. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this car repair center.
