Had the car in for regular maintenance (oil/tire rotaion/filters) as well as a recall associated with auto-restart. They identified a badly leaking tensioner which really did need attention and required replacement of a number of belts along with the water pump. At almost 100K miles this was not totally unexpected. Was quoted a price which will a little bit of a sticker shock but still competive and the work was done fairly quickly within less than 24 hours. And the final bill actually ended up being less than the original quote. We bought the vehicle new here and have had it serviced here since new and have been generally happy with quality of work and pricing. Would recommend checking them out.
