  • Warranty Fiasco

    Brought the car in for service on June 18 and received a loaner car. They called on June 28 to inform us of the issue with the car. At this point, they claimed we didn't have a warranty. I informed them of the warranty, gave them the warranty company's number, the policy number to confirm this information -- to no avail. The representative was dogmatic and I went back and forth with the dealership about this situation. To further complicate matters, no one in the service department ever called me -- I always had to reach out to them. A very frustrating situation all around.

    My experience was 5 Star. Erik Diaz has always been the best at customer service and helping me get a great result out of any situation. He is responsive and informative and a true professional and great at what he does. That is why I always bring my vehicle in to this Jeep dealership because I know Erik will take care of me perfectly.

  • Frustrated

    Given a loaner for a little over a week so they could diagnose the continuous problem with my vehicle. Told that there was not an issue in the time frame kept. Following morning after picking up my vehicle it does the same thing and something new. Very frustrated at this point. It’s been a big inconvenience and very time consuming issue. Warranty is due to expire in November and I’m afraid the problem will not be resolved by then. Nothing against the service representative, Jeff, he has been great updating me and very understanding of my frustrations. Don’t know what kind of review is deserved at this point.

    As an elderly person that has bought a new truck every 3-4 years I have dealt with many dealers over the years, but I must say that AutoNation Spring has been far and away the best new truck buying experience I have ever had. Professional, prompt, honest, courteous are just of few of the adjectives I would use to describe the people I dealt with when I bought my recent RAM Laramie truck.

  • Most Expensive Diesel Oil Change in the Houston Area!

    The price I was charged for a Full Synthetic Diesel Oil Change was ridiculously inflated over the price they advertise on their own website by double! This place will take advantage of diesel owners! Go to any other Ram Dealership! I literally called around and what they charged me was the highest in the Houston Area!!

  • No accountability

    We had a brake job completed here and when we went to get our tires rotated we couldn't find the wheel lock. They said it had been over a year (which was false) since we brought in our vehicle and that they weren't responsible for the lost wheel lock. Really? What am I going to do with a wheel lock other then leave it in the glove box?

  • Total Chaos

    I purchased a new Ram Truck from the dealership and made the deal over the phone and through email due to living 260 miles away. The deal was made on Wednesday with a deposit put down and I was supposed to pick up the truck on Saturday. I emailed the salesman all the necessary documentation including the drafting information from my bank for the financing. I drove 4 hours on Saturday to the dealership and was told by my salesman to text him when I arrived. To my amazement the salesman was not even at the dealership and never responded to my text. Other salesmen that had no knowledge of the deal jumped in and tried to assist. There was nothing in place for my deal and the dealership seemed to be in total chaos. The poor salesmen trying to help our were trying very hard to piece everything together. They could not find any of the paperwork I sent the salesman during the week so it was like starting over with the process. Long story short, it took over three hours to get everything pulled together and get me out the door with the new truck. I am happy with the deal on the truck but I'm not sure it was worth the total aggravation. Also, I have emailed and texted the salesman after the sale with questions and never received a response! I purchased a vehicle from another AutoNation dealership last year and was very pleased with the experience but this was anything but pleasant.

  • RUN AWAY

    RUN AWAY from this dealership!!! It has been a total nightmare. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler 60 DAYS AGO, paid CASH, and STILL do not have it. It has been “in service” this entire time. Couldn’t find parts. Kept telling me one. more. week. No manager contacted me. DID get several emails scheduling maintenance (while it is still THERE being serviced). What is going on? Nobody knows. Sure wish I could drive the Jeep I paid for!

    I was told I was getting $15500 for trade. So I said I would make the deal. Only got $14500 in finance office. It was slipped past me. My wife and I said no service contract, windshield protection or paint and interior protection. Told salesman no nitrogen in tires or window tint. He said it was already done. The finance man bumped the rate from what we told on sales floor. We went back to cancel all the extra stuff in finance office. Only would let us cancel service contract. Still waiting for refund to be made to bank so we can pay the loan off. Over 2 weeks now. I feel since I have some dementia, We were taking advantage off. I don't think I would reccomend this place to anyone. I was in car business for 30 years and when I was in charge of finance officers. I fired 3 for doing what Carlos did. Called a couple times for GM with no response. Went there because they had good inventory. Jonathan McGowan was great salesman. So to wrap this up. Don't use their financial services.

    Worst experience with a dealership. Ever. Erik our service contact, ill tempered, not service oriented. Third time we've taken the car in for the same issue since February. Kept telling us to driver it another 1000 miles and then come back. Brought it in on a Saturday, made an appointment and was told "that's the busiest day of the week" and apparently they wouldn't know what was wrong by then. Why make a service appointment on a Saturday then? I bought the extended warranty when I bought the car that is supposed to cover everything except tires. Also provides a rental car for the length of time the repair is being done. Erik said it only covers me for one day. did not offer a loaner. So it's still not fixed. Still. Recalls were the reason for the service in the first place. Now the car accelerates on it's own. Without warning.

  • Express Lane Oil Change

    My Service guy was great. I only came in because there is a video of express lane on the website that preaches how fast this service is. I waited 3 hours. Again, its not fault to any employee, its just a little misleading. Giving it a 4 because the wait was fine in that I was able to work with their wifi, the service guy was great and checked in on me.

    Mark Salinas was AWESOME from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. He made everything effortless. I traded my 2019 F350 in and bought a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The appraisal was within $1,000 of KBB’s online appraisal. Although we kept Mark there well past closing he never complained and acted as if he just started his day. Thank you Mark. Because of you I will be back for my next purchase. I have not yet received my money from the deal at this point, but it is still early.

  • Terrible experience

    If I could give it 0 stars I definitely would. Took my jeep for a simple oil change, tire rotation and alignment for a 8:30AM appointment and it was not ready until 4PM AND was not fully completed. The representative proceeds by telling me the alignment was done the right way and that it was probably my tires even though they are basically brand new. I had also asked about replacing my wipers which never happened and I had inquired about a defected visor which was also not looked into. The tire rotation you ask? They couldn’t even check the psi on the tires and the jeep felt more wobbly than ever and now the engine is making a weird noise. I’m glad they were able to at least do the oil change the right way. I’m extremely disappointed in the service I PAID for. I purchased my jeep rubicon in this dealership but there’s absolutely no way I’m bringing this vehicle here again for incompetent work done.

  • From Satisfied to complete Disappointment

    Items signed for have not been provided to date. The finance Representative never replied to emails asking who the final creditor was so I could put them as lien holder on my insurance. Sales avoided text, emails asking about the spare key which I signed as part of the agreement. After several days I had to contact the Sales Manager who assured me the key will be provided and had to inform me of the Creditor. I will take the Sales Manager at his word thing will be made right. However Carlos Castro was pleasant but never responded to emails, and the Sales Alejandro Victorica also pleasant but has not delivered what was negotiated. Disappointed because I was looking forward purchasing my wifes vehicle from AutoNation and possibly trading in my Vett, but those plans were premature to my post experience.
