Dealership Sales Review
I was told I was getting $15500 for trade. So I said I would make the deal. Only got $14500 in finance office. It was slipped past me. My wife and I said no service contract, windshield protection or paint and interior protection. Told salesman no nitrogen in tires or window tint. He said it was already done. The finance man bumped the rate from what we told on sales floor. We went back to cancel all the extra stuff in finance office. Only would let us cancel service contract. Still waiting for refund to be made to bank so we can pay the loan off. Over 2 weeks now. I feel since I have some dementia, We were taking advantage off. I don't think I would reccomend this place to anyone. I was in car business for 30 years and when I was in charge of finance officers. I fired 3 for doing what Carlos did. Called a couple times for GM with no response. Went there because they had good inventory. Jonathan McGowan was great salesman. So to wrap this up. Don't use their financial services.
