Worst experience with a dealership. Ever. Erik our service contact, ill tempered, not service oriented. Third time we've taken the car in for the same issue since February. Kept telling us to driver it another 1000 miles and then come back. Brought it in on a Saturday, made an appointment and was told "that's the busiest day of the week" and apparently they wouldn't know what was wrong by then. Why make a service appointment on a Saturday then? I bought the extended warranty when I bought the car that is supposed to cover everything except tires. Also provides a rental car for the length of time the repair is being done. Erik said it only covers me for one day. did not offer a loaner. So it's still not fixed. Still. Recalls were the reason for the service in the first place. Now the car accelerates on it's own. Without warning.
