Warranty Fiasco

onBrought the car in for service on June 18 and received a loaner car. They called on June 28 to inform us of the issue with the car. At this point, they claimed we didn't have a warranty. I informed them of the warranty, gave them the warranty company's number, the policy number to confirm this information -- to no avail. The representative was dogmatic and I went back and forth with the dealership about this situation. To further complicate matters, no one in the service department ever called me -- I always had to reach out to them. A very frustrating situation all around.
