    Went to express for oil change. Just want to say Alex Medina is great and has always made sure my vehicle is serviced properly! He goes above and beyond customer service. He is to be commended for exceptional customer service! Sincerely, Lea A Mathis

    Fact hiding - I recently bought a pre-owned CRV from Lute railey. When I took delivery after a week, they tell me there is an issue with the rear view camera. This fact was hidden at the time of sale. They don't want to reduce a penny from agreed/advertised price but they can very well sale vehicle with a major defect. Well no one verifies each feature of car and go by a trust element. It is the same mistake that i also did. Its has been 20 days since i booked my car, despite making two follow-ups there is no word from them. Why the hell I have to make follow-up for something? Another fake promise - We will full up the tank. It was not even 25% on delivery date. Not a big deal though :) Bad Service - Day of delivery was fixed a week an advance and final touch-ups were told by me to sales person. When i go to pick the car at 5 PM, despite giving a morning reminder, work was not at all done. I had to wait for 4 hours with my kids to get work done and needless to mention, i still have work left in car (scratches on body and tire rims). Floor mats were also not dusted/vacuumed properly and I could see dry plantation on it. They lost the file too which had all the certificates, service records and documents from previous owner which were shown to me at the time of sale. Rude behavior - On the day of purchase, i had to literally get in argument with their finance guy and manager that i don't want your finance. I have better tie-up through my employer and can get attractive APR. They were forcing me to finance, saying you can transfer it later, otherwise pay full 20 grand cash now. Who the hell carries this much of cash. I was ready for a deposit also to freeze the deal. The refused that we don't do business this way. Finally they surrendered sensing my mood of leaving the deal. That point i had to see the stern looks of finance guy. I will never recommend them to my colleagues and advise others to be extra careful and verify everything if you deal with these guys.

  • Price Paid for service not realistic.

    The service advisor was very friendly and advised me of the service. I question the cost of all 3 filters on my service, but did agree to the cost since this was my first Honda service, thinking these filters are just higher priced. After I got home and my quick search of other Honda dealerships revealed the true cost of these filters, for example the cabin filter you sold me for $40.00 I can get for $15 - 20 (Honda Genuine Part) at multiple locations. To add insult to injury they charged me 29.95 labor to put the new filter in, they had pulled out the old filters to show me so would have to re-install regardless if I purchased the new filter or not. In the future if I do use your dealership I will ask more detailed questioned. I also had an oil change coupon for 29.95 I presented to the service advisor. He did advise me that this did not cover Synthetic oil but would honor this time. The $29.95 coupon still turned into a total of $50.72 for a oil change. I have never had a coupon from any company for a oil change that did not include a oil filter. Staff Friendly .....Pricing is very questionable

    From initial reception of my 2006 Honda Element, Service Advisor "TD" welcomed me to Lute Riley Honda, explained the process, and then off I went to the great reception area (best coffee ever, fresh donuts, flat-screen TVs...and because this is North Texas in summer...very effective central air conditioning! After my Honda was serviced, it received a complimentary hand-wash-and-vacuum, so that when TD came into the reception area to tell me my vehicle was ready to roll, it was beautiful and sparkling, waiting for me to drive home. The claim check for the vehicle had a photo of the service advisor, approximate estimate of repairs, time promised, and all contact information for Lute Riley Honda. I chose to wait in the reception area, but a complimentary rental car was available for me, with an Enterprise driver bringing the car around. Great customer service!

    Lute Riley Honda was great. I was purchasing a leased vehicle from them. I walked in without an appointment after work and was finished with my transaction within an hour. From my salesman to the finance guy they were great. My salesman even noticed I was due for my inspection and got it out to have it inspected before they closed the service department for the evening. I would highly recommend Lute Riley Honda to anyone looking for a great, trustworthy customer oriented experience.

    Overall I had a great experience. My only complaint is that the online appointment/price quote was pretty inaccurate. I had to spend $400 more than quoted.

    Service manager corrected an issue with the communication between the customer service rep and the technician. After bringing the Honda Fit back and speaking with the service manager he corrected every issue and made sure that I had a rental while they thoroughly checked out my issues. The vehicle was corrected and my family and I did not have to miss our time with our family. Great service management. This is how a true manager takes care of issues..

    Lute Riley service was excellent on this repair. We actually had 2 CR-Vs that were affected by the recall and both were fixed in a timely and efficient manner once parts were received.

    No pressure salesman, Raed. Good experience. We bought a 2013 Honda Civic. Didn't feel like I had been totally "run over" with final negotiated price. I will trade with them again.

    I took my Pilot in for a product update involving roof molding clips. When I took it in the service employee wasn't sure how long it would take and gave me a card with the promise time of 5pm. I took it in at 8:00 and was being picked up by my daughter-in-law. I asked if it could be done sooner since I was counting on her or my son to bring me back. He said he would speak to the service adviser on my case and that the service adviser would give me a call later. The card he gave me had my case number and the number of the service adviser that I could call for questions. I received a call from the service adviser a couple of hours later telling me the car was ready. He told me that he had a technician ready for my car when it came in, so it was ready earlier than promised. I have no idea what was done to my car since I can't see anything that looks different from when I brought it in, but I feel better than before about having problems with the roof molding.

    Abdul was great and answered all questions as asked. The service was wonderful and Im really pleased with my purchase. Thanks to Abdul I purchased my car at a really decent price. He kept in touch with me and kept me updated through out the purchase. Also Clinent was wonderful and explans everything thoroughly!! If your looking to buy a car than you must goto Honda Lute Riley in Richardson, they are all awesome!!

    Took my 2015 CRV in for routine maintenance. Work was done and service was nothing out of the ordinary. I was disappointed after spending $150.00 they wouldn't wash my car- Every time I take my Outlander in for service, no matter what is done, they give it back to me vacuumed and washed; looks better than when I left it-

  • Thorough and timely repairs!!!

    We had a short timeline for our repairs with a collision 3 weeks before vacation. It took our insurance company 10 days to approve everything and Lute Riley completed our repairs before we had to leave!!!
