onService manager corrected an issue with the communication between the customer service rep and the technician. After bringing the Honda Fit back and speaking with the service manager he corrected every issue and made sure that I had a rental while they thoroughly checked out my issues. The vehicle was corrected and my family and I did not have to miss our time with our family. Great service management. This is how a true manager takes care of issues..
