Dealership Service Review
I took my Pilot in for a product update involving roof molding clips. When I took it in the service employee wasn't sure how long it would take and gave me a card with the promise time of 5pm. I took it in at 8:00 and was being picked up by my daughter-in-law. I asked if it could be done sooner since I was counting on her or my son to bring me back. He said he would speak to the service adviser on my case and that the service adviser would give me a call later. The card he gave me had my case number and the number of the service adviser that I could call for questions. I received a call from the service adviser a couple of hours later telling me the car was ready. He told me that he had a technician ready for my car when it came in, so it was ready earlier than promised. I have no idea what was done to my car since I can't see anything that looks different from when I brought it in, but I feel better than before about having problems with the roof molding.
