    I've struggled with service in the past. This was great! The service tech was friendly and met all time commitments and the actual cost was less than what was quoted! It was a very good experience.

    They were very helpful in getting my vehicle fixed. Juan R. did all the research to have my vehicle fixed under warranty.and even provide me with a loaner car for the duration of the repair. They absolutely have my 100% business, now and in the future.

    I have serviced my Hondas with Lute Riley for many, many years. I keep coming back because they take such good care of my car and treat me with respect. The service facility is so well maintained and the personnel are top grade. Thanks to Luis for his professional help.

    I rarely give reviews but we had a great experience at Lute Riley. I called the internet sales department in advance to learn about a car they had in stock that I wanted. We had a salesperson named Amin, he was really smart and helpful.

    After a lot of research and a couple days of shopping and test driving different cars, I knew before I made any decision that I really wanted to check out the new 2016 Civic. Lori Zorn greeted me from the parking lot and was cheerfully happy to help me. She was attentive to asking me details in what I was looking for and helped even further by asking questions of things I hadn't considered. She made the test drive fun and enjoyable, showing me and explaining all the features that the car had to offer. She was able to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout the entire experience. She was there helping me until the very end and made herself available for any needs that I may come across. I love my new car and I'm glad that I was able to have Lori there to help me.

    Even though I have a Corolla, I'm quite familiar with Lute Riley, as I've owned several Hondas in the past (and my wife has one now). So when my tire pressure light came on, I pulled into Lute Riley to have them check it. I was about 45 days from state inspection deadline too, so I asked them to do a state inspection as well. 20 minutes later, they called my name and said it was ready. I asked if the tire was okay, and the girl at the counter said nothing was written up so it must have been okay - maybe it was just the rain. The idiot light was off when I left, so they at least filled it up. Two hours later, dressed in a tuxedo to go downtown, I find my back left tire completely flat. Grumbling, I turned on my compressor and filled it up. As soon as it was to pressure, I could hear the Hssssssst sound, and knew that it wouldn't last. Even if I made it downtown, it would be flat when the event was over. The nail was easily found simply by sound. Without enough room to jack the car up in the garage, and without enough time to make other arrangements, I pulled it out onto the driveway and proceeded to put on the spare in the rain. Cussing at Lute Riley the whole time. That cussing continues to this day, a month later. At least they did the state inspection okay.

    I was in need of a new truck. My wife and I went into Lute Riley, she bought a car there several years back and "...loved their sales team!". Long HAPPY story short...John McCristian worked to get me into a beautiful 2008 Chevy Silverado (I've always wanted one!). Fun loving great guy, NO pressure, it was like a day out with a friend. The gentleman in financing was equally a pleasure to deal with. We got the terms I wanted, and the truck I wanted! Thanks John McChristian! And thank you Lute Riley Honda.
