From initial reception of my 2006 Honda Element, Service Advisor "TD" welcomed me to Lute Riley Honda, explained the process, and then off I went to the great reception area (best coffee ever, fresh donuts, flat-screen TVs...and because this is North Texas in summer...very effective central air conditioning! After my Honda was serviced, it received a complimentary hand-wash-and-vacuum, so that when TD came into the reception area to tell me my vehicle was ready to roll, it was beautiful and sparkling, waiting for me to drive home. The claim check for the vehicle had a photo of the service advisor, approximate estimate of repairs, time promised, and all contact information for Lute Riley Honda. I chose to wait in the reception area, but a complimentary rental car was available for me, with an Enterprise driver bringing the car around. Great customer service!
