Amazing service and great price

I ended up with a great deal for my son on a lease and had such a great experience that I went back in November 2012 to get a Honda for myself. My salesman was Darren S.… and he was fantastic! He was never pushy but instead was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions no matter how silly they might have seemed. he was patient and helped me throughout the process. Now I wouldn't go anywhere else and I will always ask for Darren. He made the whole process actually simple and fun. and the whole atmosphere of the dealership was very relaxed and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle!David McDavid Honda of Frisco

I submitted an email, immediately received a response, I spoke with Jesse G. over the phone, and within 10 minutes he not only had… the vehicle I was considering but he had a better option available. They had sold 5 of the 6 vehicles that met my requirements that morning and I planned to go forward with purchasing a different brand from a different dealership. Jesse recognized I was a returning customer and immediately took steps to ensure we stayed a customer. He matched the deal I was looking for and when I arrived at the dealership the vehicle was waiting at the entrance. The entire process from initiation to driving off the lot took less than two hours. The customer service surpassed that of luxury brands and dealers we have purchased from in the past. The service and post sale follow up has been fantastic. Many thanks to Jesse and the entire Honda of Frisco team. You have set the bar very high.[violative content deleted]

From the very first email inquiry to final delivery customer service, drive out price of the… Accord and follow up have been incredible. We will definitely contact Stephen when we are ready for another Honda. Everyone at the dealership was very accommodating and offered great customer service. And So I did, I called them and went through the loops on the phone to get the information I needed then asked if the car was… available and he repeatedly said many times that it was. What was even more infuriating was that the salesman referenced many other online posting and said that those were sold and kept repeating that the one I was asking about was definitely available. And even gave me all the details about it and any damages on the car. I was very upset to go to the dealership 30 minutes later to find out from the manager that the car was "sold" 3 days ago...sure....and then he followed with I have many other cars though. The last thing I do on earth is to ever buy a car from a business that just bold faced lied to me about something to get me in the door to sell me another product. I understand if I was stupid enough to just go in there without calling and confirming, but the fact that I did call and it still happened...is ridiculous. will never buy a car from this dealership ever, even if my life depended on it.Simply Excellent

I had gone to another dealership and they literally would not give me my keys back until I had a deal with them. That tactic made me… very uncomfortable. When I went to McDavid Frisco Jesse was very courteous and very professional and also gave me a great deal for my budget. He was honest and polite. I had already changed to having my old Honda serviced there and now my experience is complete because I will not be purchasing my next new Honda at David McDavid Honda in Frisco and will definitely use Jesse again.customer service still exists

I told him my wife and I would be there in about 30 minutes and were interested in either the blue or the black, and maybe the Nav option. When… we arrived, he had already pulled up to the front two CR-Z's: a blue with Nav and a black without... so we could experience the both. My purpose for finally choosing to purchase was my car being trashed in a recent hail storm. To help work the deal, Rob - finance director - was involved and even texted and talked with me over the phone well into the evening to help make the deal come together. Rob T. the General Manager is totally awesome and truly the best salesman that I have ever dealt with. We brought our car in after the lease was up… to buy it out. And he suggest getting a used car instead. We got a 2 year new car for $100.00 less in the payment with an extended warranty. It was an awesome deal as if our family member was negotiating it for us. I trusted him explicitly with picking out the best car. And he truly had our BEST interest at heart. The David McDavid Frisco family is where I will buy all of my future cars and they will always be a Honda. Some people don't leave home with Amex, I don't leave home without Rob T.'s cell phone number. Put your trusts and your money for a new car in this dealership and I guarantee you will not be sorry! We have never had a salesman spend such quality time with us and truly listened to our needs and budget. He did not come off as a typical salesman, we really did… walk out with an amazing deal that he fought to get us. I will admit we were very picky and changed our minds a few times on what we wanted, not once did he act frustrated with us nor did he try to persuade or rush our decision. I wish all of my previous car purchases could have gone this smoothly. No complaints about the dealership itself, the management team was great to work with as well. Our new Accord is exactly what we wanted!Not satisfied

I have never felt that I have been tricked by Sales or Finance from Honda Financing except this time. I had spoken at length with JP(Sales manager at McDavid of… Frisco). His prompt calling me back proved that you do care about customer service but it was little too late. He did offer perks to make me happy but I thought that I will not sell my feelings for these perks and Honda and your dealership should hear what has happened. 1- Repeatedly for a week I had negotiatied with Stephan Voluk that I will pay 0 down and 35 payments of 199 per month. I even confirmed that before I left my house. Well your tricky sales specialist/manager came out with 0 down and 36 payments and story of loosing money on the car. I still felt that I am getting a good deal after waisting an hour drive during a work day and took the deal. 2- Remoteless Key entry is I think where I was tricked by your team. Steven brought Valet key (which obviously did not have the remote key). I am not a savy car person and did not realize that the 2011 car would not have remote to unlock. Steven on our test drive mentioned twice that you would use your remote to get in and lock. Only after the sale is done, papers were signed he came out with two set of keys obviously without the remote. I showed my frustration but what can be done. He said Oh I forgot as well that this does not have the remote (Seriously, a sales person not knowing is a shame on product knowledge). JP tried to offer me installation if possible but it turned out that it is not possible. He offered me Mats and environemtal protection to get a good survey but as I said I plan to not sell my feelings for 100 dollar perks. Thanks Zaheer AzizAbove and Beyond Service Excellence

When he found out my warranty was not going to cover my repair, he and his service manager reached out to Honda (the manufacturer) and convinced them to cover 80% of my repairs, saving me almost… $3,000. I checked with Edmunds.com beforehand and the price the sales person (Mr. Lou Brockman) quoted was not more than the market price. I had outside financing but at the last moment… there was some problem to transfer the money on time; so they provided me with a better financing. It took me a long time to close the deal but it was not their fault. I have been to other dealers (David McDavid at Irving and John Eagle Honda) after making appointments with particular agents; they were not even willing to show a car! DMD at Frisco people are extremely professional and they will somehow take care of yourself. No matter how much you are aware of the dealer or even if you know someone at the place, always ask for quotes via Edmunds. com or any online siltes; otherwise you will probably not get the best price possible.Excellence in Service
by pj510 on 08/13/2013updated 06/15/2025Review: I recently moved to north Texas - via my Honda Accord - and needed to bring the car in for service when a quirky noise sounded off every morning. I had noticed David McDavid Honda of Frisco as I was passing by their (very… conveniently located) venue on the 121 Tollway and decided to call for an appointment and their assistance. I was cordially greeted and invited by their manager, Matt, to bring my car over a.s.a.p. That was remarkable since it was already 2:00 PM and almost 100° here in the Dallas-Ft. Worth region! I did so and was greeted very nicely by the team at the Service Department and Brannon S. was assigned to my car's care. He was fantastic. Brannon is an excellent listener and his knowledge and interpretation of my imitation of a VTC Actuator trying to "wake up" was on the nose! (If it hasn't been done already, someone should put together a video of the car engine imitations customers make and contrast that with the final diagnosis.) Brannon had the Manager, Matt, come out and join us as we were talking about the problem, and Matt, again, was very gracious and comprehensive in his understanding of engine functions and possible malfunctions. It was agreed to leave the car overnight for a cold start inspection and then a B Service the next morning. Brannon took me on a tour of the facilities and I was impressed with not only the showroom and awards, but the consideration that went into the design of the customer reception/waiting area: everything anyone would need to productively and happily occupy the hour or two that it might take for car repairs - including computer stations and a small theatre with children's videos. Then Brannon took me to the work floor with all the cars, technicians and tools flying - but not a speck of dirt! That was the best I've ever seen - and only the third dealership I've known in 30 years who even dared to let customers see the work space. Brannon also arranged for the shuttle to take me home and to bring me back the next morning. Both of the shuttle drivers were wonderful gentlemen and safe drivers. It was a delight to meet them. Brannon, Matt and the technician gave my car a cold start exam later that night, found the problem and the car was repaired and ready for me to pick up by 10:30 AM. At check out, Brannon expedited the process and the lady (Michelle?) who processed my check was gracious and prompt. The cost was absolutely appropriate for all the work done on my car and the services rendered for my convenience. The car has been running perfectly for a week. I am very thankful and completely satisfied with the service and personal consideration given me by EVERYONE at McDavid Honda.New car in 3 hours

I drove 4 different ones multiple times before settling on the one I liked. He worked with us to find the right car and… mostly getting us a good price to close the deal. I have bought new cars before and I have good ideas of how pushy they can be, but this dealership wasn't doing that much.Thank you for the 5 star review. I was connected with a sales rep, Mr. Lou B. Mr. B. professionally reviewed all of my problems at hand, provided me the options that would be and were currently available to me. Most importantly, Mr. B. was not the "typical salesman" that tries to push you into buying/leasing a vehicle. He gave me the time to think over my options and spent much of his time trying to provide me a deal that I deemed was acceptable. In the end, Mr. B. got me out of my lease and into a new lease at almost the same payments. He worked with me diligently and was extremely patient. He called me the very next day to make sure that I was a completely satisfied customer and addressed the one additional question. I would recommend Mr. B. to any and all that are looking into getting a Honda.Very honest and easy
