Went online to see about purchasing a car. Got the Internet salesperson to give me a good quote. Well needless to say I went into the dealership and of course the price jumped through the roof. When I finally stood my ground on the price two hours later I had a deal. Well this was on a Saturday. I went to pick up the car on Monday I called around 11:30 am to let the salesperson that I would pick the car up at 5:30 well they had just started to clean it. I had to wait for one hour. Once the car was brought to me I went outside to check out my new ride. It had scratches through the clear coat in several spots. Well I asked for the manager and they tried to pull some crap on me. I informed them that I had contacted the bank no to send them a check until I called them back if they did not furnish me a new car. I told them that if I wanted a used car with scratches I would have gone to the used car lot. Well needless to say they choose not to give me another vehicle and voided my contract. So that's they type of customer service that you get at David McDavid in Frisco.
