Our family needed a larger SUV- we loved the Pilot and needed to narrow down our preferred options. Made an appointment for the same night and Stephen had the vehicles waiting with all the possible info I could have asked for- and more. Very polite and quick- handled my detailed questions with straight answers and showed me lots of little things not always well known about the Pilot. Joshua was also nice and helpful. They both went above and beyond to provide truly excellent service.
