This dealership makes the car buying experience the way it should be. I told my wife this is the best buying experience I have ever had. They worked hard to find the exact van that I wanted. They gave me the competitive price I was seeking. The service department has always provided great communication and consistency through the years.

    On this freezing cold Saturday I pulled into the Nyle Maxwell service center without an appointment because my AC blower went out on my 2020 Jeep Cherokee. When I pulled in the gentleman that looked to be responsible for assisting customers stepped away so I was help by Mr. Moss. Mr. Moss actively listened to my issue and took the time to check my vehicles codes to see what the vehicle deemed the issue. After seeing the code he was honest with me about the possible turn around time for my vehicle to be serviced, which was Monday. Although I was understanding I was concerned because as a single mother without family in the area I couldn’t go with a vehicle. Mr. Moss assured me that they would do all that they could. At this moment I had no choice because although I didn’t need a/c my vehicle wouldn’t turn on the defrost either which was needed for the cold rainy weather and was a safety hazard for my children and I. As I waited anxiously, I received a text message from Mr. Moss via Nyle Maxwell which allowed me to ask all of questions that my dad requested I ask. Mr. Moss answered them via the messaging system and also took the time to walk up to me and give me a personal update. He told me that they had the part needed to service the vehicle and would be able to get me out today. I was ecstatic!!! As I waited, Mr. Moss notified me that my vehicle was ready and explained the checkout process. Many woman are very uneasy about visiting a vehicle service center in fear that they are going to be misled but Mr. Moss definitely didn’t do that. He was very honest and set clear expectations. He was compassionate and thorough with the questions. I really do appreciate him and the team that repaired my vehicle so quickly. So Mr. Moss, thank you from me and my family and my father wanted to send you a special thanks for helping his daughter when he was too far to.

    If you want to be treated like family (a family member that you really like, and who likes you), do not hesitate to make your next purchase at Nyle Maxwell Supercenter in Austin! Johnnie in sales makes you feel that way, and with no pressure, no bs, just straight talk about the vehicle you’re interested in or just thinking about. I leased a Grand Cherokee from her about 6 years ago, and recently took delivery of a new GC (a purchase this time) with her help once again. The process was quick and thoroughly enjoyable, and how often do you hear someone say they enjoyed buying a vehicle!😊 Kristin in finance is excellent as well! She’s like another member of the family who goes through all the options in simple and quick fashion, and wraps things up without taking too much of your time. Suffice it to say, they will be seeing me again for my next vehicle purchase!

  • Shame

    On Thursday September the 13th the time of the test drive before the purchase of a new 2019 RAM 1500 there was 2 issues noticed, The rear seat recliner and the rear tire pressure sensor not working, It was addressed to the salesman and the sales manager I was told and I quote "its nothing it'll be fixed on Monday just bring the truck back and we will take care of everything on Sep 17th". between the purchase date the 13 and 17 the tire pressure sensor caused a leak in the valve and left me with a flat tire which I had to change with the spare and put air in it and switch back again 4 times! At this point I called the dealership and raised my concern once again they said "everything will be fixed when you drop it off on the 17th". I dropped off the truck and they called me a few hours later saying the "truck is ready for pick up the air leak is fixed and they have to order parts for the rear seat recliner and the rear tire pressure sensor" (this is 4 days after the sales why did you order the parts right away?) The ETA the gave me was end of September and then no phone calls! On October 1st I called the dealership 4 times to get a hold of someone and finally I was told the parts are on back order it,ll be another 3 weeks again no phone calls from the dealership I called back on Oct 25 This time the dealership agreed to take the needed parts from another truck and put them on my vehicle to get me going they said and I quote" We have you on schedule for Monday Oct 29th to fix everything we'll give you a call to setup the time" Again no phone calls, I call the dealership 3 times on the 30th of October to get a hold of someone the respond was "I don't know let me check" then they call me back and say Carlos the new car director said were not going to do that the customer has to wait until the parts come in, When I asked for the ETA on the parts they said "It could be end of November or end of December We're not sure" And to top it all I never received my customer survey, Is the dealership holding that back or used the wrong email so I don't give you a bad survey? My question is to Mike Wilson the GM and Nyle Maxwell the owner, How can you allow your staff to misinform and lie to customer just to make a sell move on and then ignore the customer? This was such a small issue on a brand new vehicle and ruined the name of the dealership and the brand for me! If this is what you stand for It's a shame.

    I recently worked with the used car department on purchasing a car I've really been wanting. On a Monday I was in contact with a sales person where we exchanged emails on the vehicle I wanted along with all of my expectations. Credit reports, trade in payoff, trade in mileage, my acceptable monthly payments, etc... The next day I was informed that everything looked to be in order and set an appointment up for Friday morning because I travel during the week for work and have no time to waste half a day at a dealership. The appoint was also to confirm trade in conditions and to finalize financing to take delivery of the car. The entire week I was very excited about the car because it was the one I wanted 2 years ago and this would have been my 2nd purchase from this location. I arrived to my early Friday morning appointment only to have my expectations crushed just when I thought there was an easy, respectable way to have a transaction in the car purchasing process. Instead of informing me Tuesday that they could not meet my expectations they waited for me to get emotionally attached to the purchase and hit me for an additional $10k Friday morning. Due to the lack of respect for me and my time I will never consider purchasing from this dealer group again. I will take my perfect credit score and flawless payments to another dealer that can appreciate me. If this deal went through it would have been my 4th car purchase from the Nyle Maxwell family of dealerships.

    We had a great experience purchasing our Chrysler Mini van. Everyone, especially Trey, helped us out with finding the correct vehicle for us and explaining everything to us after the purchase.

    Just moved to the area and we are a Chrysler/Jeep family and hoped that this would be our new dealer. I spent the day here. Found the Jeep I liked agreed on a price with the sales team. Found a babysitter and brought my wife back to finalize the deal. Sales Manager completely changed the AGREED UPON numbers and said nothing they could do. My salesman Anastasios was GREAT but unfortunately the sales management team messed up multiple times on the numbers. They agreed to the number then when I got back they said they couldn't do it. Then came back and said they could. Then came back 1 last time to say they couldn't. It was very unprofessional and embarrassing for them. I was not sold on a specific vehicle and would have been more than fine looking for something closer to my price point. Instead they lied and wasted my entire day. And the kicker on my way out they offered me a free tank of gas for my trouble! No thanks I wasn't here for free gas. I hoped to make an honest deal on a good vehicle and start a lasting relationship. Good luck finding that here. If anyone cares the last sales manager that took away the deal was Darren McKay.

    Well we come in for oil change service guy behind the desk has what seems to be attitude. Nick the guy behind the desk States it's about an hour to an hour and 45 minute wait good thing it only took exactly an hour so after it was done paid for the services look the car over oil cap was placed back on oil level looked good further inspecting the vehicle I see a nice oily handprint further inspecting the vehicle I see a nice oily handprint on the front right quarter panel further inspecting front right quarter panel I find some scratches on the bumper just below the front right headlight I received a text from the dealer asking to take time to do a review so I am they also stated to text them if there's anything that they can do for us I texted back about said handprint scratches on bumper and I have yet to receive a text back

    I bought my truck at Nyle Maxwell a couple weeks ago. The sales process was good. Every since the day I bought it, it had had a bad vibration at about 65MPH. I took it back to the service center and they said they balanced all of the tires and all was well. However, it still has the same vibration, so I reached back out and they texted me to "...continue to drive it for another 1000 miles and see if it stops." UNACCEPTABLE! I reached out to Eric, the Service Director SEVERAL times and he hasn't even attempted to contact me. TERRIBLE service....will I buy another Dodge, probably so...will I buy it from Nyle Maxwell, probably not!

    Both of my cars had just broken down and I did not have the time to wait and get them fixed. I have 4 grandchildren and a working son and we needed transportation that was reliable and affordable. Kevin was able to find a Jeep Compass that absolutely loved. Kevin and Francisco made miracles happen to get the Jeep' s price at an affordable rate including warranties and gap. I can now feel safe on the roads knowing I am in a car that won't fall apart. Bless you.

    If you value your hard earned cash, honesty, and your mental health, stay far far away from this place. If I could give no stars I totally would. Know the worth of your vehicle before you show up, dont take the 1st, 2nd or 3rd deal they come at you with unless you like throwing money away. I went to the Nyle Maxwell fiat location,(Same owner right? ) they were going to give me 4 thousand more for my trade in.. This 620 location gave me 4 thousand less for my car. The car I was looking at I lightly damaged and felt obligated to buy it. When I confronted the managers about it they basically said it was my own fault instead of making it right. He told me he was trying to explain and that I wouldn't let him. Not true, I just wasn't accepting any more lies. We're not done yet. The car I traded in was very new, excellent condition, and very low miles. Perfect car , I was starting a new job and needed a work van. So the vehicle I damaged and ended up settling for was not the original vehicle they promised me. I was originally getting a bigger vehicle. They knew I was starting a new job, and going to be making more money. So they thought it was ok to basically rob me. The origainal van I was going to get, I was able to talk talk them down literally $200 and it was still more than I wanted to pay. This is when I went to nyle maxwell Fiat because they had the van I wanted but used. They were going to give me FOUR THOUSAND MORE FOR MY CAR!!! Anyway I couldn't go for the deal they gave me. So when I went back to NYLE MAXWELLL CHRYSLER DODGE AND JEEP ON 620 they backed out of the deal they promised me, knowing the other dealedrship deal wasn't going through and that I really needed a WORK VAN. So now they sold me a smaller van for the same price i talked them down to for the big van. As soon as I left the dealership I starting getting emails to lower my to interest rate from other finance companies. GRRR. These people will rob you and smile in your face and convince you its a good thing. You want agood deal??? Go get yourself a subaru at Subaru of Austin or Cleo Bay and be treated like a queen or king. Or even the Fiat maxwell, but these people, I warned you. Do yourself a favor and stay far far away...

    Came in for service and Carlos mentioned trading my daughter out of her 17 Cherokee that she owned for 6 months and get her into a Grand Cherokee Limited. I was doubtful it was possible despite her great credit. Without ANY pressure he got the appraisal, showed us figures and explained in detail. Then the great news, Approved and better figures than expected. Carlos, Sam and Nick delivered! We were in & out in under an hour to top it all off.

    We traveled nearly four hours to try this dealership and have never had such bad service at any other dealership!!! We were pretty much ignored the whole time our salesman was working with us! We were never given print out of numbers they were working on we had to ask constantly and were alway given some stupid excuse. We were told that our credit scores were fairly low ( no print out to show what they were) when we went to a dealership in San Antonio the next day and had fairly high scores and no problems. Worst experience at a car dealership!!!!!!!

    I took my 2013 Jeep into Nyle Maxwell because the seat heaters weren't working. I was foolish enough to have purchased the bumper to bumper lifetime warranty. After having it for 3 days they advised me that I would have to pay an additional $120 per hour because I had put an aftermarket radio in the vehicle and they would have to remove it. The radio was installed using a wiring harness and there was absolutely no difference in unplugging the aftermarket from the factory radio but they wouldn't listen. They just wanted the money. I contacted Fiat Chrysler and advised them of this and they were no help whatsoever. I ended up cancelling my lifetime warranty and they didn't even care. I will never purchase another new Fiat Chrysler vehicle again and will definitely steer everyone away from all of Nyle Maxwell's dealerships.
