Excellent Vehicle Care - Especially Technicians

The Vehicle Technicians are THE BEST and, as long as you communicate and provide documentation of what is needed, your car, SUV, or truck will… be repaired perfectly. We go there, well-prepared, and that helps with accurate and speedy repair. EXPENSIVE, but well worth it to get the job done right!They weren’t there but they came in a hurry
by Winniesimp on 02/09/2022My fault. I was very late for my appointment I could blame it on traffic but not really. So I arrived at the dealership’s service department to find no one there but a large husky(dog). I guess it was a husky. It greeted me like any… receptionist should. I said “are you the new service rep” no answer only a whimper. Pretty soon this service advisor came around the corner and greeted me. I apologized for being tardy. She said “no problem, we can take care of you right now what service did you want?” After explaining to her what I signed up for but didn’t want it she promptly took care of my car service needs while I waited in the very nice waiting room. I drank 2 cups of coffee. She came back about 40 minutes later. My car was ready. I did not feel penalized for being late. She looked me in The eye while explaining my bill. She gave me my keys and I was off. I like the understanding manner that she displayed. This was a very stressless experience. She handed me my bill and thanked me for coming in today. The rest of my day was calm. Thanks for making my day Nicole Notz. I think o will buy my next car from Bob Howard Chrysler Jeep DodgeThank you so much for your kind words! Warranty repair

Took it in when they called had fixed in couple hours, found problem air bag system, having to order part still waiting. Got service done faster than quoted time and found that part is under warranty and… was ordered for me. Never again

Lied to me at least 4 times that I’m positive about, possibly more, in… regards to warranty availability. I don’t trust them, will never use them again and will tell everyone I know what a horrible business it is.Thank you for informing me about your situation. Disorganized.

Especially when care was not taken to pressure wash the undercarriage so a determination could be made as to whether the leak was in fact repaired. So a second trip to the shop was required.… During this trip (kept overnight) the spare tire cover came up missing. Much of the frustration could have been avoided if there was an easy way to call. In all these years I have "never" had a better, more conscientious, caring and efficient service manager than… this young man. He addressed my problems and concerns with haste and accuracy! He communicated throughout the process which kept me from stressing out. He had my vehicle ready in less than 48 hours which was greatly appreciated. I was treated with respect and concern. by Me on 01/25/2022I first checked in with my app. Set up my car waiting for the technician to show up because I requested to speak with one. Got out of my car was not greeted whatsoever by Nicole who had been outside and seen me sitting in my car. After… getting out of my car I did approach one of the other guys that worked in the area who was headed towards another car. He said go ahead and pull your car up into the bay so it will register this you're here. Nicole could have told me that while she was standing next to me at the other car. Anyway I was asked what services I was going to receive today. I told them what I had scheduled online and then added that my tire sensor instructed me that I needed to have services completed on it which I noted on my app when I scheduled the appointment. Tire sensor did not get checked said it probably wasn't covered under my warranty and I would have to figure that out. Car did get washed but it was not vacuumed out. I almost felt like I was an inconvenience for them on that day.Thank you for informing me about your situation. by Cliff on 01/24/2022Great dealership! However, when mistakes are made the dealership should do whatever possible to satisfy the customer. I was informed my vehicle was ready for pickup on Friday evening. When I arrived, after a 30 minute drive, I was told they… had me mixed up with another customer and that my vehicle would not be ready until the following day. The next day, when they called and said my vehicle was ready, I asked if they would deliver my vehicle to me and I was told no, then yes if I could take their driver back to the dealership (again, an hours drive up there and back) - I believe the dealership should have delivered my vehicle in an effort to apologize for inconveniencing me the day before. All the staff were very kind and personable. They just did not see the need to really satisfy the customer because of the mistake that was made.Thank you for informing me about your situation. Appointments no longer matter, you may as well walk-in for service

by Chad on 01/22/2022The sales person in the service Dept was great however the service itself was very unsatisfactory. I went in for an oil change and my tire sensor out. They didn’t change the sticker in my windshield for my next oil change nor did they… check/ fix my tire sensor so I still have no idea if tires are actually low or damaged without checking them.Thank you for informing me about your situation.
