Appointments no longer matter, you may as well walk-in for service

onservices were completed, time frame given was about an hour and a half at the latest, took 3 hours to complete. individual who checked me in and the other individual who checked me out clearly didn’t understand my request, i typically deal with the jeep service side of this dealership not really a fan of the service center they use for their other brands.
