Dealership Service Review
I first checked in with my app. Set up my car waiting for the technician to show up because I requested to speak with one. Got out of my car was not greeted whatsoever by Nicole who had been outside and seen me sitting in my car. After getting out of my car I did approach one of the other guys that worked in the area who was headed towards another car. He said go ahead and pull your car up into the bay so it will register this you're here. Nicole could have told me that while she was standing next to me at the other car. Anyway I was asked what services I was going to receive today. I told them what I had scheduled online and then added that my tire sensor instructed me that I needed to have services completed on it which I noted on my app when I scheduled the appointment. Tire sensor did not get checked said it probably wasn't covered under my warranty and I would have to figure that out. Car did get washed but it was not vacuumed out. I almost felt like I was an inconvenience for them on that day.
