Great dealership! However, when mistakes are made the dealership should do whatever possible to satisfy the customer. I was informed my vehicle was ready for pickup on Friday evening. When I arrived, after a 30 minute drive, I was told they had me mixed up with another customer and that my vehicle would not be ready until the following day. The next day, when they called and said my vehicle was ready, I asked if they would deliver my vehicle to me and I was told no, then yes if I could take their driver back to the dealership (again, an hours drive up there and back) - I believe the dealership should have delivered my vehicle in an effort to apologize for inconveniencing me the day before. All the staff were very kind and personable. They just did not see the need to really satisfy the customer because of the mistake that was made.
