From first contact when Nathan called us after we enquired online, to stopping in for our first test drive, Nathan was professional, very knowledgeable, and never pushy. He knew all the details and features of the vehicles we looked at (which was very impressive) and most importantly, never made us feel like this was a transaction, but an experience. We found the perfect vehicle at a competitor dealership but were so set on working with Nathan that he found a way to get us the vehicle, and worked it down to be in our price range. We will recommend Nathan to anyone that is in the market for a vehicle and hope to work with him again!

    Had my 2018 GMC towed to the dealership for diagnosis and repairs. Vehicle sat for 10 days without having anyone look at it. Ryan my service advisor was arrogant and comes off as having a superiority complex. Communication was horrible and when I did get a random text from Ryan (he never answers his phone or returns phone calls), all I was was fractured information and unnecessary delays. It took 6 weeks to change a water pump and thermostat which is ludicrous. The service department is a joke. Even if you bought your vehicle from this dealership, do not bring it here for service or repairs. I would suggest you avoid this dealership period. I’m amazed this dealership remains in business and management or GMC corporate have not taken notice.

    I brought my new GMC truck to AutoNation GMC for it's first service, and my first time at the dealership. Their systems (text, App, etc.) and are really good for communicating and the staff was very pleasant and informative.

    Juanita Starbuck helped us through a challenging repair issue with our GMC Terrain. She was really on top of things and was very good about communicating with us every step of the way. She worked diligently with our warranty company to get an engine installed and get us back on the road. I would highly recommend this repair facility!!

    Took my 2022 Buick Encore in for an oil change. Ron was my service advisor. He was friendly, knowledgeable and yet, professional all at the same time. He recommended the air filter and cabin air filter be replaced, which I went ahead and had them do. He made some suggestions for what may be needed by the next oil change, which I will consider. He gave me an approximate time when the vehicle would be ready and texted (my choice of communication) when it was ready to pick up. Ron made sure the car was washed and then walked me out to my car (which was very unexpected) and wished me well. Great experience all around.

  • The Best Car Buying Experience I've Ever Had

    I had come into the dealership to talk to my service advisor about a recall notice. I had a few minutes so I wandered out to the showroom to look at a midsize 2023 GMC Canyon AT4X I had seen on the dealership's website that I was curious about. A moment later Bob Iaconi Jr. came over an introduced himself. He was friendly, professional, and as I quickly came to realize, very knowledgable. We talked casually for a few minutes and he answered my questions. He offered a test drive, but as the vehicle was on the showroom floor, I initially declined. He advised it would not be a problem, and that he would happily get the vehicle out and ready. I thought about for a minute, called my wife, and she agreed to come to the dealership later that afternoon. We scheduled a time mid-afternoon, and when my wife and I arrived, the vehicle was ready to go. Bob joined us on the test drive, answered more questions, and by the time the test drive was finished, my wife and I were sold. There was no high pressure, no ridiculous sales tactics, just straight honest conversation and professionalism from Bob Iaconi and the team: sales manager, David Froemming; and finance, Derek Metoyer! To Bob, David, and Derek: Thank you, it was a genuine pleasure! You are quite simply the definition of how to make the car buying experience enjoyable.

  • Absolute Worst Service

    I came in to take delivery of a new Hummer I ordered two years ago. The salesman wouldn't even show me the features of the truck. He said I had to buy it first before he would tell me more. Then, he didn't even know much about the Hummer. I recieved an early order credit over $8k, then learned the dealership wouldn't have to honor the credit if sold to a new buyer, So, it was very apparent they didn't want me to buy the truck. Also, there were several electrical issues after they installed the additional options.

  • Excruciatingly painful

    I found a vehicle I wanted with an AutoNation Dealership in Las Vegas, NV. They don't haggle, and if the vehicle doesn't sell they send it to another dealer and raise the price. I spoke to multiple staff at the Las Vegas dealer, including the General manager who was rude. Sure enough, the price increased by $1,500 and after 2 weeks dropped $1,000, close to my target and I made an offer. Being in another state I had a friend check out this vehicle when it was at the first dealer and met my needs. The second dealership to possess this vehicle can only do so much, their hands are tied due to corporate policies. While the salesperson did everything possible to help as did the finance department the documentation process took forever and I couldn't arrange for delivery until the vehicle was paid for and they don't use DocuSign. Days turned into weeks! I finally flew to the area and they picked me up so I could finish the documentation there in 15 minutes and left! I was required to provide Insurance and agree to a 3rd party to process the documentation and I'm still waiting for them to complete the transaction! As a resident of another state I have 20 days to register an out-of-state vehicle, and because their registration processor didn't contact me and the dealer didn't provide timelines I went to my DMV to take matters into my own hands. Who knows when I may get a license plate or my title! While doing business with any AutoNation dealership may be alright if you live close by, I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them if you are not close to them or in another state as they are ill-equipped to process documentation quickly and efficiently.

    I flew in from California on superbowl week. Shawn picked my parter and I up from the airport. He was easy to locate and was driving a beautiful new suv. My salesman Matt offered the free airport shuttle even before I had the opportunity to ask for types of available ground transportation. As I arrived at the dealership, I collected a hot and fresh cup of coffee. The car I came to see was immediately brought out to me and the keys were placed in my hand for an enjoyable and private test drive. I was permitted to take the car without any dealership rep. My buddy and I drove the car for about 30 min. Knowing I was going to purchase the car, I returned to haggle. Unfortunately, haggling is not an option, this is the same as your carmax, carvana etc... I knew I was getting a great price because I had been shopping for this sports car for about 2 months. The transaction was quick and painless. At completion of the buying process, I drove the car 550 miles home. After the first 100 miles, I was thinking I bought the right car. As I pulled into my driveway, I knew I bought the right car. I was so impressed with the employees at this dealership, I attempted to recruit them to come work in my profession.

  • Oil change & Transmission service

    I was greeted immediately after pulling into the service area. Then taken to my service rep who very polite and friendly that scheduled my oil change took my extended warranty info. When I told him I wanted my transmission looked at he told me it would take 5-7 days and I would have to leave my car there until they had service tech available. That did not work for me! I can not be without a vehicle for that lenght time. I thought Buick Autonation should put my name on a list and call me when I was next in line and a service tech was available to look at the transmission. I ended up going to a transmission shop and made an appointment for two days later. Other than the service was great! I would recommend this dealer because of the amount of time you have to leave you car to be serviced.

    I had the car in for its first service.- routine maintenanc.e Service agent was very helpful. Made the process and checkin easy. I waited in the comfortable lounge- took about one hour. Best part - my first service was complimentary -and they even washed my car!

    I had a warning light come on about my driver assist needed repair early one evening, I called to get it looked at just before they closed. I had my appointment when they opened the next day. They took the car back to see what the problem was and it was an easy fix and I was on my way in about 10 minutes.
