Dealership Service Review
Had my 2018 GMC towed to the dealership for diagnosis and repairs. Vehicle sat for 10 days without having anyone look at it. Ryan my service advisor was arrogant and comes off as having a superiority complex. Communication was horrible and when I did get a random text from Ryan (he never answers his phone or returns phone calls), all I was was fractured information and unnecessary delays. It took 6 weeks to change a water pump and thermostat which is ludicrous. The service department is a joke. Even if you bought your vehicle from this dealership, do not bring it here for service or repairs. I would suggest you avoid this dealership period. I’m amazed this dealership remains in business and management or GMC corporate have not taken notice.
