Bob was absolutely AMAZING! He answered all of my questions, was patient and gracious. I felt like I've know him all of my life. I love my new Buick Encore GX! I feel as though Bob personalized my shopping experience and will be sure to tell all of my friends and family to go to Bob if they are in the market for a new vehicle!
