We then take the time to investigate different Acura dealerships. Ed Napleton's Acura has always… displayed the best in sales professionalism and care in service. Our salesperson for the last two Acura's was Michael Collazo. He is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and attentive to our interests and needs. He is the best! The service department listens to our needs and makes every effort resolve any service issues we have had. We have purchased three cars here and another at a different Acura dealership. Prior to that many Honda vehicles. My research of dealerships has brought me back to Ed Napleton again and again. They are simply the best.What else can I say but... WOW! Don't buy from this dealer
by kitty15 on 02/09/2015Well, I did purchase a car from this dealership, but I have since been regretting it. They were not transparent on their price and have hidden costs in the pro-pack. The sales team only cared about one-off transaction. Once I signed the… sales agreement, the follow up was extremely poor. From time to time, the dealership has disappointed me with poor sales tactics, inconsistent/dishonest statement on their processes and inability to follow up/execute services that were in the bill of sale. Since the day of bill of sales, it took them over 2 weeks to get some accessories ordered/installed. Based on the conversations I had with the sales rep, I could tell that the parts werent ordered on time as they promised. And ironically, I had to remind them the list of items missing. When I arrived to take finally delivery last week, I found out that one accessory was still missing. Of course, they promised to call me back the next day like many other times, but no one has called since. This dealership has wasted so much of my time and energy and still could not deliver a complete product nearly one month after the bill of sale. Horrible service.
by nPetriv on 11/20/2014Well, experience dealing with this dealership is horrible. I did purchase a car from them and now I am really sorry about that. They only one nice person that I was glad to deal with was cashier. Customer service - 0. They will… give you some 'insurance' that you never need, and when when you say I don't want that they will response 'we can not take it out from vehicle because it something that we already did'. Finally after 1h of debating they will remove it from list but WON'T reduce total price. Customer service after purchase: A financial guy did mistakes while doing paperwork and after I realized that at home they gave me HARD HARD HARD time 'helping' with that. Finally: I was forced to fix a problem by myself. Do you recommend for anyone! Severely disappointed

After relentless phone calls by them I decided I wanted this vehicle and set up an appointment to test drive, look at and purchase… this vehicle. I showed up at this dealership about 45 minutes late due to obscene traffic in Chicago only to find them selling said car to someone else!! Rude and unprofessional
by nielubie on 02/04/2010Today I went to get my MDX service and one of the service reps was very rude, he just sat at his desk and had an arrogant attitude when I asked him questions. I told him that this was my first time at that dealership so I'm not sure what… the process is. Then he got a call from a friend and ignored me and laughed his heart out talking about gold etc. How can someone just do this to a customer? So I moved on to another representative which was helpful, but kept talking about his girlfriend and how she's always wrong and moving his things around. How he would set her straight. Not a very professional thing to say when meeting a first time customer. Just curious how he was gonna set her straight, hope she's ok. Anyway, I was told that the parts cost one amount and that the service is another. I got my estimate and it looked fine, once the final payment came out I noticed I was changed for every little thing that was not on the estimate. I was even charged $35 MISC fee's, What are MISC fee's? I would of argued about the MISC fee's, but when I was looking over my invoice, conveniently the service rep and clerk started taking me off subject and i over looked all these fee's till after I got home. This dealership is very unprofessional and dishonest in their pricing. When I asked about final price, it looks good until you see the final invoice. Will not be going back to that dealership.If you would be willing, we would like to try and turn your experience around. Do not purchase from this dealer! Warning!!

And Ed Napleton Acura says there was only $295 worth of damage! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The first three vehicles were purchased with the assistance of an excellent sales associate, Philip P., who unfortunately he is no longer with this dealership (huge loss for… Ed Napleton Acura). During the past 8 years of doing business with Napleton, I've had the opportunity to meet many of the staff and work with the great crew in the service department (Greg, Mark, and Dan). During my most recent purchase of a 2014 Acura RDX I had the pleasure of working with Ted S. and Perry G. The initial purpose of my visit was for an oil change, but every now and then I would get "the itch" and this particular day was no exception :) Both Ted and Perry were extremely professional, proactive and creative (for lack of a better term) in coming up with a solution for my particular needs. The entire process was smooth and non-intimidating, ending with a visit to the finance office with Jim Constantine who was also very efficient and professional. VERY NICE DEALERSHIP

So we headed over the Ed Napleton and I couldn't be more satisfied! As soon as I sat in the ILX I fell in love, and… soon I was purchasing the car. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and nice there. The whole car purchasing only took about 2 hours and I was off with my new car! I love getting free car washes there, and they're lobby is so clean and nice! They have a nice coffee/tea maker and they make you feel like you're at home. The staff is nice no matter what, and answers any questions you have right away. I love coming here. Then we filled out financial application, waited for 30 minutes, and the application did not move away from the sales person's desk, a General… Sales manager said he cannot sell the car to us since it is 2014 and not 2013 which sales persona and sales manager agreed on earlier. So after 3.5 hours we just left since we were so angry on how indecisive sales team works at Ed Napleton. As a matter of fact I walked out of the dealership twice without making a purchase as buying a car is a big… decision and I needed time to think about my purchase. Phillip was very easy to work with and very patient with me giving me the time I needed to think about buying this car without being pushy or talking me into the purchase. I knew just because of his approach I would be back to buy a car from him. Third times a charm, as I came back to the dealership and bought from Phillip. I absolutely love my car and Phillip took at least an hour and half out of his time to show me how the navigation system worked, how the blue tooth worked, etc. He showed me every single feature on the car and ensured I understood how to use it. If you ever by an Acura in Elmhurst please ask for Phillip to be your salesman he will give you a great car buying experience with the expertise needed to make the best decision for your purchase. Bad Professional.. Ted S

I drove down there specially approx 150 miles. On reaching there, most unprofessional team I met. I submitted my… Credit application 2 days earlier & they approved it. They put on various kind of fees about the finalized price, even though it was "Finalized price including fee". Then after delivery they called me after 6 hours, and said my credit application is rejected. And started harassing me. My SSN then had various hits(16 total) from different banks in the name of Loan application. I ended up sending full amount after getting the loan approved with my credit union. 5 days worth of harassment by their finance people. When I asked Ted S about it, he washed his hands off that. I complained to Acura too, but no use. Will never buy another car from the dealership. Will recommend to sough your own finance if and only if u want to deal with this dealer. Games - not internet friendly

Once I indicated that without a price quote, I wasn't interested, I got an email with a… non-competitive quote. A follow-up call from the salesmen indicated that I asked for a quote and he gave one.
