Ed Napleton Acura

I recently visited Mapleton Acura of Elmhurst to purchase a. used Mazda CX-9. I travelled for 1hour from Indiana. My salesman was Wilson who was not very knowledgeable about the car. I currently own a Mazda so this really didn't bother me much. The problem came when we got down to the cost of the car. The car was listed online at $24,500. When he showed me the final numbers there was a $4,000 UDI illegally added to the cost. For those of us not experts in the field this is a Used Car DealerInspextion fee. This is a non negotiable fee apparently added by unscrupulous dealers.Iwould expect Thurs For a back street car salesman. Shame on you Mapleton bait and switch at its finest
