Amazing service

I love my car, but even more than that I love that I can stop at my Subaru dealer, pull into the service area, and immediately have someone helping… me. Whether it was an issue with my radio or with my tire pressure, I was in and out. I have brought my car here for all of its service needs, from oil changes to new breaks. Every time, I have been offered a loaner car, even for a two-hour job. When my leather seat began tearing, they replaced it. I have honestly never been happier with a dealership or service. Plus they help dogs. Shout out to Derek Thomas for his awesome service!Joy, Thank you so much for the AMAZING review. Rear Brake Service
by Rear Brake Service on 10/06/2024I was not liking my Crosstrek when I had to take it in for service at the dealership I bought it from in 2021. I had to try another dealership. So I picked Brilliance in Elgin. I was treated seriously and was constantly updated on the… progress of the repair and the bill was also fair in price. I told Kevin Piklor my service adviser after the repairs were done that I will be back for future service and maintenance. Dashboard error codes
by Grateful Fred on 09/11/2024Without an appointment, I showed up to have some error codes looked at. The service rep (Derek) was kind and had a tech look into the issue right away. As it was late in the day, they couldn't complete the repair (Thermo Control Valve), but… without asking, I was given a loaner (a nice 2024 Outback) to drive home. The repairs were made under extended warranty at no cost. Brilliance Subaru went above and beyond my expectations. I'm a very happy customer.Grateful Fred, Thank you so much for the AMAZING review. After my oil change and battery replacement she found a problem with my throttle charger and quickly had it replaced at no charge saying it’s an issue that has been occurring often when batteries… are replaced. Road Trip Emergency - Brilliance Subaru Saved The Day
by DO on 09/05/20246 hours into our 22 hour drive, when the cruise control shut off and all the dashboard lights came on. Googled “Subaru Dealers Near Me”, and Brilliance was 8 minutes away. Drove right into the service area and explained our predicament.… Out-of-towners 6 hours from home and 7 hours from our hotel. Service Department got us in right away, and got the computer on it. Turns out it was a part that was covered under a Subaru issued extended warranty that we weren’t aware of. Service Department offered us a loaner (but again, from out of town, wouldn’t have known where to go) so we declined. Drove off the lot 3 hours later with vehicle repaired at no charge to us. Office called the next day to follow up with us to make sure our service went okay. Superb customer service. We will be forever grateful to the Service Department at Brilliance for being there for us in our time of need and getting us back on the road so quickly.DO, Thank you very much for the AMAZING review! Had an appt for 8:30 am with car running crappy and dying out and engine light among other lights they had me diagnosed and a loaner with in 30 minutes!
