  • Flat tire

    My two week old Forester suffered a flat tire about five miles out of town, on the tollway. The tollway emergency truck stopped and put on my spare for me no charge. I went to Brilliance, & found out that there's no road hazard guarantee on the tires of a $34,000 vehicle. They pulled a nail out of it, & put a plug in it, for $20. I was in ,& out in about an hour.

    2019 Outback would not start after one week on vaca… it was a 6 month old Subaru battery. Jumped it and took to brilliance , no appt and Derek got me in asap, shared with me that there has been an issue with star link draining batteries. So fixed and back home in no time!! Also it was was covered by Subaru!!
