Flat tire
by Flat tire on 07/19/2024My two week old Forester suffered a flat tire about five miles out of town, on the tollway. The tollway emergency truck stopped and put on my spare for me no charge. I went to Brilliance, & found out that there's no road hazard guarantee… on the tires of a $34,000 vehicle. They pulled a nail out of it, & put a plug in it, for $20. I was in ,& out in about an hour.Thank you for the review and feedback, I am sorry that you had a flat tire so soon, but happy that we got you back on the road. Jim DaLuga General Manager

Jumped it and took to brilliance , no appt and Derek got me in asap, shared with me that there has been an issue with star link draining batteries. So… fixed and back home in no time!!
