I was not liking my Crosstrek when I had to take it in for service at the dealership I bought it from in 2021. I had to try another dealership. So I picked Brilliance in Elgin. I was treated seriously and was constantly updated on the progress of the repair and the bill was also fair in price. I told Kevin Piklor my service adviser after the repairs were done that I will be back for future service and maintenance. Great honest work and a job well done and a huge kudos to the technician who performed the work.
