  • My new Ford Tremor

    Art and Ty were the best! My wife and I showed up late looking through the lot when we found our Ford Tremor partially covered in snow. Ty and Art both went above and beyond working in the zero degree temperature to shuttle vehicles and helped us transfer everything from my old truck to the new truck past closing time on a Thursday night. Couldn’t have had a better experience anywhere else! Thanks guys!

    The service advisor was very nice and courteous. The service took a little longer than usual but he explained that they were short a technician. He told me when I arrived so I wasn't surprised.

    I had the pleasure of working with Jake Weakley and Jareth, the finance manager, at Auto Nation, and I must say that it was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Jake was extremely knowledgeable and informative, answering all of my questions and concerns with ease. He really took the time to make sure I understood everything. Jareth was also a pleasure to work with. He made the financing process hassle-free . Overall, the process was pretty smooth, and it was definitely the best experience I've had at a dealership.   • Buying here killed my credit score

    They hard pulled my credit three times for one loan which lowered my credit score significantly for no reason. I didn’t get the financing documents until I asked them over and over days later. They put the vehicle online before it was ready for sale and did a sloppy job getting it ready for sale the night before. They did a horrible job detailing the vehicle and put different parts back into the vehicle incorrectly. It was not clean at all. Their multipoint inspection was rushed and was essentially worthless. I asked for pictures of any damage or defects so I knew what I would see when I arrived. The pictures showed no damage. However, after driving hundreds of miles, I discovered gouges throughout the interior, several holes in the body, and defective window tint. I had to wait several hours while they retinted the windows though it was supposed to be ready for sale before I arrived. The price was higher than the competition but they refuse to negotiate on the price. I still get tons of marketing emails from them even though I’ve repeatedly attempted to opt out.

  • Recall Maintenance

    I brought my vehicle in for recall maintenance. There were two recalls that needed to be done but only one was completed due to not having the correct service tech available that day. I feel like when I scheduled my appointment a month in advance and they knew the work that needed to be done. Available appointments are weeks out so now I have to get things scheduled again and plan around not having the vehicle again when it should have been done the first time.

  • Poor quality workmanship

    Recently took my wife's 2015 Edge in for a factory recall. Got a phone call from the service advisor that the techs were having trouble getting the hood of the car open. When they finally did get the hood open I was advised that the latch on the hood was broken and would need to be replaced at a cost of around 400.00. I declined the work to fix the hood latch and the techs finished with the recall items. Two days later I went into the garage where the car was parked and noticed 2 dents in the hood where the techs had evidently been pushing or pounding on the hood to get the latch to release. This is the second vehicle I've had at this dealership in the last 3 months that has had problems with the poor quality of workmanship.

  • Purchase of used Honda Odyssey

    The whole process was a bit long. Got there at 10:00 a.m. and didn't leave until 3:45 or 4:00p.m. Knew what we wanted and it was the right car but the paperwork etc seemed to go on forever. We had then to drive two cars back home to Loveland aprox. 80 miles. At least everything was done and the sales people were really friendly and hospitable. Would recommend them to anyone.

  • 2020 Ford Fusion Energi, 3G upgrade

    Brought our newly purchased 2020 Ford Fusion in for service because Ford(Ford Pass) told us we have a 3G data connection which is not supported anymore by cell companies. Service advisor at AutoNation Ford Littleton(Joshua) returned the car 5 days later saying there are no 5G "updates" available, and that Ford Pass is a third part app that they don't support. Lady at Ford Pass assured me she gets paid directly by Ford Motor Company, not a third party. I Looked online and found there to be a 4G upgrade available to purchase. I don't feel like they have a clue what they are doing or just delaying me until the car is out of warranty. The issue of a loud resonating noise at high power usage(up the highway into the mountains)... Again they could not find anything using a stethoscope on the side of the engine at idle or driving up a small/medium hill by castle rock. I was easily able to find the noise issue on YouTube(Common). This vehicle was on the lot at this location, but delivered to the west location and then purchased there.

  • In no apparent hurry…

    I bought a used 2017 Ford Focus from AutoNation in October. Purchased the extended warranty, and in April it had radiator issues. Had to take it all the way to Littleton because they said that was the only place that could do warranty work. Limped it down there on a Monday night. My service advisor said that they probably wouldn’t even be able to look at it until the end of the week. Thursday he texts me and says that they might be able to look at it the next week. At that point I asked for a rental car (which is supposed to be covered in my platinum warranty) and he said they don’t have any rental cars. Well geee, what did I pay for? They were in no rush to work on it because it was warranty work. Then he texts me on the following Tuesday and says they replaced the radiator, but it also needs a radiator hose which is not covered by the warranty. That is going to be $175. The car was finally ready for pickup on Wednesday. They had the car eight days. For a 2017 to need a new radiator- obviously something was missed in there inspection before the car was sold. Learned the hard way not to buy or get service from AutoNation

    Christina helped me in selling my Bronco. Very accommodating and easy to work with! She’s always available for questions, I appreciated her help! There are a lot of calls, messages, and emails that come with the sales while deciding to purchase! The whole process was pretty seamless. I did get refunded my initial deposit when it was not deducted during the finance appt. So it all worked out!

  • Vehicle Problems Addressed Fast!

    I bought a used F150 recently from AutoNation. It developed some engine trouble the 2nd day. I called Christina, my sales person, to report the problem. I was asked to bring the vehicle back same day so they could find and fix the problem. Turns out electronic/electrical problems with newer vehicles are a lot more complex than when I was driving a '72 F150, but the Service Team got it done. The service manager came to talk to me personally and the setive technician also came to explain directly what he'd found and how he'd fixed it; apologies for forgetting their names. Christina was very helpful through the selection and purchasing phase, and also rode shotgun through the problem repair. Truck is still running strong. AutoNation Ford made the wait comfortable with a pleasant, comfortable and quiet customer waiting area. Thanks again to Christina and the Service Team for the fast response, great service, and especially friendly atmosphere I am especially satisfied in all respects with the service I received at AutoNation Ford and happy to recommend the dealership to anyone looking to buy, or needing vehicle servicing. I will be back when I'm ready for muy next vehicle!

    • Hi Andrew/AutoNation Ford, Since my above comments, I have been waiting for an answer on my still broken audio system. I have sent emails and left numerous text and voicemail messages for Christina with zero response. I also sent an email to Moyer this week, your GM, but again no reply. Very disappointing. The truck is fortunately overall running fine although the audio system is not. As well, I had to replace a tire this week, and the service tech at Big O in Conifer came to show me the front driver’s side rim, with significant damage to the inside lip. Apparently, a previous person who drove the truck hit something very hard to cause damage like that. It's aluminum, the metal is stressed, and it is unable to be repaired. So now I also need to order and pay for a replacement rim. Of course, that problem could possibly have been missed during the vehicle "125 Point Certified Inspection" at your dealership, but it is very likely the cause noted on point #29 about "highway vibration". Seems the tech people would have checked tires and rims for this problem along with other potential causes. To make clear, I'm not implying it was ignored, just advising it is another unexpected defect showing up in this vehicle that I am having to deal with and pay for. Back to the audio system, the "125 Point Certified Inspection" notes at point 48 that the audio is inoperable. I was OK with that based on being told it would be fixed properly and promptly. Now almost 3 weeks; crickets. During the last time I was at the dealership to have the engine trouble repaired – which was the 2nd time I had to come in to try to fix that problem – while waiting there for a few hours, Christina again advised that "an audio shop will contact (me) this week to arrange having the system fixed". After I hadn't heard anything for a week, I sent a text to Christina to ask for the name of the shop, the contact person, and a contact phone number . . . I asked on two separate occasions by text message to her mobile phone, but as mentioned above I have received ZERO response. To close this lengthy complaint, I am a longtime faithful Ford customer, as are most of my family members and friends. I’ve owned Fords almost exclusively since I was in high school. I’m looking at my son’s Bronco in the driveway now. I'd like to be able to feel good about this purchase again, and to refer folks to AutoNation. But I'd be even more thrilled to have this problem fixed so I can stop using my time to try to chase this down. I'm not sure what else to do from this point except continue to file complaints. My email address is on my purchase documents. I would prefer to be contacted by email for now so I may continue to document this issue. Also, with due respect, I’d prefer to not speak/deal with Christina from this point. I hope we can get this fixed promptly and I thank you for your time and attention. Mitch
