Recently took my wife's 2015 Edge in for a factory recall. Got a phone call from the service advisor that the techs were having trouble getting the hood of the car open. When they finally did get the hood open I was advised that the latch on the hood was broken and would need to be replaced at a cost of around 400.00. I declined the work to fix the hood latch and the techs finished with the recall items. Two days later I went into the garage where the car was parked and noticed 2 dents in the hood where the techs had evidently been pushing or pounding on the hood to get the latch to release. This is the second vehicle I've had at this dealership in the last 3 months that has had problems with the poor quality of workmanship.
