Brought our newly purchased 2020 Ford Fusion in for service because Ford(Ford Pass) told us we have a 3G data connection which is not supported anymore by cell companies. Service advisor at AutoNation Ford Littleton(Joshua) returned the car 5 days later saying there are no 5G "updates" available, and that Ford Pass is a third part app that they don't support. Lady at Ford Pass assured me she gets paid directly by Ford Motor Company, not a third party. I Looked online and found there to be a 4G upgrade available to purchase. I don't feel like they have a clue what they are doing or just delaying me until the car is out of warranty. The issue of a loud resonating noise at high power usage(up the highway into the mountains)... Again they could not find anything using a stethoscope on the side of the engine at idle or driving up a small/medium hill by castle rock. I was easily able to find the noise issue on YouTube(Common). This vehicle was on the lot at this location, but delivered to the west location and then purchased there.
