What a great salesman! Even though I have not yet purchased a car from him yet I defiantly plan to in the future. Matthew is respectful and nice to his customers even if they are just browsing. There was very poor communication concerning the repairs. The only info I received was when I called, waited on hold and finely was able to talk to the service rep for an updated status. What was supposed to take 1 day took 3 full days and one item was not done.

The experience was just o.k. It took 2 weeks for the financing department to get back to me after several calls, but they did get me a lower financing percentage rate. The 125 point check for used vehicle was not so great. The breaks on the vehicle I purchased started squeaking 1 week after purchase, even though it was supposedly "inspected" and a front running light did not work, after their used vehicle inspection sign off. I think the mechanic inspecting the vehicle prior to my purchase did not do a great job, and my salesman directed me to get these items fixed on my own time and to send the dealership the invoice. Not proper procedure if you ask me, the consumer.

Buying a vehicle

This dealership knows nothing about customer service! DO NOT spend your money here! 2 weeks ago we bought a 2017 Ford F-150 and part of the agreement was they would install stock trailer brakes and a hitch that we could tow our camper with. (Not to mention they lied about the financing including the cost of stop gap and the warranty.) After several calls reminding them of the deal we got an appt. When we got our truck back there was a very large white scratch on the side of the truck and they have refused to fix it. They put 120 miles on the truck, installed after market trailer brakes, and put the wrong hitch on the truck. We called every day for a week trying to speak with a manager to get this fixed and no one would call us back. Finally some guy named Mathew E. Called and after calling me a liar and an @sshole he finally admitted they put the wrong hitch on the truck. TERRIBLE PEOPLE working there!!!! They refuse to help us after we spent our very hard earned money buying this truck from them!!!! Disgusting!!!!

We already canceled the deal. We met with Mark Perez and Tommy Baca and decided to seek an SUV elsewhere. We had picked a $13k SUV and were given a 12.99 apr estimate. I went out to the truck with my 2 infants and she went into finance. She ended up with a 7.54 apr so they sold her a $915 windshield protection plan, a $899 road hazard warranty on tires and a warranty that's $3700. The payment stayed relatively the same so I didn't notice until later. I'm glad we were within our 5 day 250 mile money back guarantee so we could cancel the whole deal. I guess the only advice I can give is don't let your friends or family who don't have car buying experience go into finance alone. She didn't even realize you guys hit her over the head for $5k. Just glad I caught it and got it resolved before our $13k SUV cost us $18k. Have a good one guys.

Autonation, 6 month vehicle service

My service person was great! Though what was not great: 1. Made appointment, was assigned a service person who I found out was out on vacation that week.... so lost some time trying to find that out lucky for me Kyle stepped 2. I was never informed vehicle was ready.... I figured it should be and showed up, I did try calling and phone just rang and rang.... when it went to front desk forwarded me back to service where it rang and rang.. one round eventually got to a voice mail box of a person whose name I was not familiar and they did not identify who there were. 3. Current setup is a bit chaotic, not sure where to go, stand and no one approaches or asks, or directs you 4. Person driving me back to my office does not wear seatbelt and is proud of fact he has been ticketed 3 times for not wearing one... showed me his fake seat belt

WIll sell a car out from under you

My husband and I went to AutoNation Ford to purchase a Ford Explorer Sport that we saw online. We had an amazing salesman, Tom, help us out. After taking the car for a test drive we went inside to talk about our trade in. While they were assessing our trade in another salesman came over to ask our salesman, Tom, where the car we had just taken for a test drive was. He said that we were looking at the car, however there was another Explorer Sport on the lot that he could show his customer. Tom then went to see what our trade in was valued at. When he came back my husband and I asked for a minute just to confirm the numbers and Tom let us have a minute to ourselves. He came back very quickly and was visibly upset. He said "Someone else just bought it." My husband and I were both shocked. It's not as though we had left the dealership to think it over or had been at the dealership going back and forth with as to whether or not we wanted the car for hours on end. We were there going through the typical buying experience. In the matter of time it took for the DEALERSHIP to assess our trade in, they sold the car to another person. I have never heard of a company doing business this way. Not only is it a terrible way to treat potential customers but their employees as well. Tom spent the time telling us about the car and taking us for a test drive and doing all the paperwork, only to have another salesman take the sale away from him. The manager never even bothered to come and talk to us about what happened, just told Tom when he expressed frustration about the situation, "Well there is a white one they can buy" (yes, but it was $4,000 more than the one we were interested in). The way this was handled was mind blowing and extremely unprofessional, from a buyers point of view.
