  • Bait and switch ?

    I did an online reservation for a used car at this dealership. I received a confirmation email with the date and time for my reservation. On the email confirmation it states "Only one (1) vehicle may be reserved per person, at a time. Dealer agrees to hold the Vehicle for 24 hours from the time of vehicle reservation." after i received the confirmation, i also received phone calls from the salesperson and the sales manager to confirm i was coming to see the vehicle. When i arrived at the dealership, I was informed that the car wasn't there and that it had been sold the evening before. So even though I reserved the vehicle and their electronic documentation states they will hold the vehicle, they did not. Would not trust them with my business!

  • Took way too long

    I bought a used mustang 7 days ago and they still have not serviced it to make it their certified guarantee. I have been waiting and have to contact them everyday because they never update me.

  • Didn't do as they promised!!

    Bought an F150 and Todd was awesome to deal with. Had a big crack in the windshield when buying and they promised to replace it. Came in about a week after purchasing and Dennis tells me the windshield is on order. Fast forward a month and I reach out to them and they said the windshield was just ordered a few days ago. So they lied to my face about it being on order a month ago. Fast forward another three weeks and still nothing. Reach out and they said they were going to take care of it. Now today I get a call from Caliber Collision who is coming to replace my windshield. So I won't be getting an OEM windshield and waited two months for nothing. Horrible communication and very disappointed. Only giving two stars because of Todd, he was a pleasure to deal with.

  • Car died

    Had an oil change where I mentioned that a battery alert is popping up, was told battery is fine and just go on with my life. 3 days later, got stranded in a parking e we other a toddler and a car full of groceries. Lost power steering, abs, all the warning lights were on and the car wouldn’t go. Towed the car in. 3 days later I was told they could t find anything wrong with the car…. Even though they had to jump it to get it moved into the service bay. I refused the answer and told the Gil they need to keep looking. Next they called and said there was a computer type problem they reset. Part of me is wondering if the car is fixed at all. I guess we’ll know in a few days. Hard to get anyone to answer the phone at this dealership, never have loaners available. We miss the old dealership in Texas

  • Oil change and tire rotation

    I had called to ask to have my car back by a certain time as I had to be somewhere and could not be late. I was told it would be fine as normally it was a 1.5-2hr service.the manager never bothered to call me back. So when I took it in the question was met with rudeness at first. I get it that person may not have known the situation. I had to repeatedly say I would take the car elsewhere if they couldn’t give it back by 1:30. I waited a month this appointment I would have taken it to a place I hate if they were going to back out. They got my car back to me in less time then expected I am not sure if the guy thought I was saying 12:30 and 1:30 but I got my card back in time 102 for an oil change and tire rotation is on the high end

    Salesman was great. Easy process. Finance guy was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience after rejecting the loan he was pushing.

    Overall OUTSTANDING new truck buying experience. It had been 14 years since I last purchased a last new vehicle, but Jacob and the team at Autonation made it quick and painless.     I had to contact service several times to get an appointment. But once we did get it scheduled, the work was completed. It did take four days to get the work completed, and I had to call to get an update because I was told it would be two days.

    Thank you Andrew! My Expedition was having some problems starting. Andrew made sure to provide me with updates and even called to ask where it was normally parked to see if that could have been the issue. Once they found it was the fuel pump, the part was ordered and replaced within a day. Even though Andrew wasn’t there the day I picked it up, he made sure someone else followed up with me.

    AutoNation did an outstanding job in dealing with my multiple requests to have the issue for the service I brought the vehicle in for reviewed.
