    I bought the car from another dealership and it was sent to Audi Plano for a recall and a new tire. The other dealership went days without responding to my request for an update. They also didn't respond to Audi Plano so I very much appreciate Anthony in the service department working with me directly. My car probably would have sat for several more days if he hadn't.

    Took my recently purchased used and “as is” 14 y/o Q5 bought from another Auto dealer to Audi Plano for a Manufacturer’s Maintenance Schedule and Overall inspection of systems with a requested time/parts/service and Recommended Replacement Parts Analysis. The service team was very understanding about cost effectiveness and gave me transparent feedback and guidance regarding the importance that could impact the most critical systems. Also gave me advice and seemed very knowledgeable about concerns with concerns regarding theQ5 of my year make/milage/model and put a guided plan together to help mitigate cost while not breaking my budget.

    Yesterday morning after i got off from work my car won’t start up because the battery in my fob key was drained. It was my first time experiencing it so I don’t know what to do. I called Audi Plano to have somebody help me to walk me through on how to start my car with a dead fob key. Tracy from sales gladly helped me and I am so thankful for him. He was very patient in giving me instructions and made sure that everything is working. He is an angel sent from above that moment. Kudos to Tracy and more power and blessings to this amazing Salesman…Audi is so lucky to have you. You are an asset to the company for providing the best customer service!

  • Quick Turn Around time on badly damaged wheel and tire

    I struck some metal debris on Highway 380 outside of Denton TX, while beginning my road trip up to Colorado for a week long vacation. Audi Roadside Assistance transported my vehicle and myself back to Audi Plano in a timely manner. The metal debris had destroyed the front right tire, and badly damaged the front right rim. Adrian M in Service was able to locate and install a replacement set of wheels and tires within two hours of my arrival at the service department. This was outstanding work on the part of Adrian M and his technicians on my behalf. I was back on the road and headed to Colorado within 3 hours! Amazing! Many thanks for your speedy work on this issue, which allowed me to resume my vacation travels with only minimal delay.

    Shortly after purchasing my vehicle, I was sent an email from Audi of Plano - an AutoNation dealership. The email stated the following: ...of course you know your ACURA Vehicle came equipped with four factory-new tires. But did you realize those tires came with 24-Month Road Hazard Protection & Roadside Assistance to keep you driving safely? Because your safety is our top priority, 24‑month Road Hazard Tire Protection and Roadside Assistance are included with every tire we install, giving you exclusive benefits*: • Full Tire Repair or Replacement • Battery Jumping • Lockout Assistance • 15-mile Complimentary Towing • Up to 3 Gallons Gas Service Of course, I was pleased to know that the new tires on the car I purchased had road hazard protection. A little piece of mind. Then came the nail in my tire. I made an appointment and came in to have it looked at. This is when I found out that "the email must have been sent in error". $240 later and Discount Tire has my loyalty and money - and now I truly have road hazard protection on all my tires. Thank goodness that in the DFW area, there are dozens of choices on where you can spend your hard-earned money, spend wisely.

    I recently visited Audi for my 40k mile service and brake replacement, and I must say, I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. Although the service took an extra day or two due to unexpected bushing replacements, my service provider, Eva, went above and beyond to make the wait easier for me by providing a loaner car.     I am writing to formally submit a complaint against Audi Plano, regarding an unsatisfactory experience we had with their services. Our primary concern is the handling of our vehicle, Audi A3 2016, which was brought into the shop on October 4, 2023. Additionally, it is crucial to state that the bill for the services rendered amounted to over $7,200, which we find to be disproportionate given the issues we encountered during and after the service. To provide a comprehensive overview of our grievances, the first issue revolves around the diagnosis and subsequent repair of the oil leak. We were charged a total of $2,000 for the replacement of the oil pan gasket. While we acknowledge that the gasket replacement was indeed carried out, we are deeply concerned that the charges were excessively high. Furthermore, our dissatisfaction stems from the unnecessary replacement of the oil pan itself, which contributed significantly to the inflated total cost. Adding to our dismay, the service team recommended and executed maintenance on the timing system without clearly communicating the non-urgent nature of these procedures. They replaced various components such as idle rollers, belts, and chains, without informing us that it was a mileage-based maintenance recommendation rather than a critical repair related to the oil leak. This lack of transparency is a clear violation of fair business practices. Subsequent to the timing system maintenance, we were informed of a check engine light indicating a camshaft and/or camshaft actuator issue. The explanation provided by Audi Plano was that the lack of oil pressure due to the oil leak had caused these problems. However, this reasoning appears illogical, as any issue resulting from oil starvation should have been present before the initial repair and the resolution of the oil leak. In an attempt to address the issues, Audi Plano offered to forgo charging for labor on subsequent repairs related to the check engine light. While we appreciate their effort, we firmly assert that the reduction in the final price should also consider the operation they caused and the ensuing inconvenience we experienced. Additionally, at the beginning of the repair, we were informed that we were eligible for a 15% Costco discount. However, as the total charges escalated to an exorbitant amount of $6,000, we were suddenly informed of a cap on the discount. This sudden change in information is not only misleading but also a direct violation of Audi's core principles of customer service integrity. We would like to emphasize that we have attempted to reach a compromise on multiple occasions. We notified Audi Plano upfront that we were planning to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, hoping to find a resolution that would be fair to both parties. Regrettably, our attempts at compromise were unsuccessful, leading us to submit this formal complaint. We strongly believe that the root cause of the check engine light is linked to a faulty timing job conducted by Audi Plano. Given the circumstances, we are demanding full coverage of all expenses incurred and a comprehensive and proper repair of any issues arising from the mechanic's work. Additionally, we expect a direct apology from the manager for the lack of communication and the undue stress this has caused us. Furthermore, we propose negotiating the final price down to $5,000 with all repairs needed to get the car fully functional. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and trust that the Better Business Bureau will conduct a thorough investigation into our complaint. We look forward to a swift resolution that ensures fair treatment and rectification of the issues we have outlined.

And he made sure to get my tire protection claim approved, submitting photos multiple times and doing the requested tests to show the tire was damaged.
