onYesterday morning after i got off from work my car won’t start up because the battery in my fob key was drained. It was my first time experiencing it so I don’t know what to do. I called Audi Plano to have somebody help me to walk me through on how to start my car with a dead fob key. Tracy from sales gladly helped me and I am so thankful for him. He was very patient in giving me instructions and made sure that everything is working. He is an angel sent from above that moment. Kudos to Tracy and more power and blessings to this amazing Salesman…Audi is so lucky to have you. You are an asset to the company for providing the best customer service!
