I recently visited Audi for my 40k mile service and brake replacement, and I must say, I am thoroughly satisfied with my experience. Although the service took an extra day or two due to unexpected bushing replacements, my service provider, Eva, went above and beyond to make the wait easier for me by providing a loaner car. The staff's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed me. I would highly recommend Audi for their exceptional service.
